Had to hire our handy man to replace it.Too complicated to replace myself. The magnet literally disintergrated when removed.

It looks good and is very easy to turn on and off with just a tap of the arm. Great in these times when we have to wash our hands so much! One star off because the magnet has started to fall out but Delta sent a new one out quickly (great customer service!).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from wonderful addition to the kitchen Maybe it's just because it's been a few years since we installed a faucet, but this was BY FAR the easiest install we've ever done! And I love that it's 1.8 gpm. Only issue (and I should have noted this earlier) is the angle of the faucet end - our previous faucet had water coming straight down and it's taken some time to adjust to the angle of the water, but overall I really do love this faucet.

I had to remove the powered solenoid just so I could use my sink. Since I bought it Amazon, returning it would mean I don't have a sink. So I paid extra for the touch2o only to remove that technology. I hope Delta contacts me with this post.

The just “touch” feature is nice and the faucet allows a direct connection is power source on/off becomes faulty, which is assuring. It takes some getting used to, as reaching near or just a glance activates water flow and results in a wet arm. But think I am going to like it. It is tall, but allows room to filling pots and it swings for all over coverage of the sink bowl. Just wish all components were made in the USA, not just assembled.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Great! We have had this faucet for three years now and my wife and I love it! We have gotten so use to the convenience of a touch-on/off faucet, that whenever we go to our daughters house we both forget that her kitchen faucet does not work this way. It's just so nice to touch any metal part of the faucet, with the exception of the sprayer/spout, and have it turn on or off instantly. You think that you only need the touch feature when your hands are dirty but it's just so addictively handy at all times. Yes you still have to control the flow rate and the temperature with the handle, as with any other faucet, but this touch faucet is simply a must have for any serious home cook. Once you get this unit and use it for a while, you will never be satisfied with anything else. It's that good. Oh and I almost forgot about the lifetime warranty on this faucet, which I think covers everything but the electronics, which is five years. As for the batteries, I have only changed them once in three years. And if you don't want to use batteries, you always get the little plug-in transformer.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great style I’m a plumber I recommend Delta a lot but I am very disappointed in this faucet Just remodeled my kitchen 6 months ago and we all know that is thousands of dollars! I opened up my cabinets underneath the kitchen sink to find water everywhere after further review I found it was coming from above the counter in my new $500 faucet it was leaking from the cartridge down underneath my sink into my new cabinets which damaged the floor of the cabinets so the question is is this going to happen again with no warning? Delta customer service did not have a good answer for me except sending me a replacement parts hmmmm?!?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from touch-feely makes a difference I wanted to make sure I was able to NOT connect the wire that activates the water termperature light if I did not want to. With all of the devices today that have a blue light, there is no more darkness in the house. so I wanted to make sure I did not have to see one more blue light if possible. IT WORKS. You could still connect the battery and have the touch sensor work while not having to plug in the light plug. The instructions to install were accurate and easy to follow. If I was not installing a new sink, I would think installing it while under the sink would have been a huge pain. There are quite a few pieces to connect that if it is a small space, would have been frustrating to install. Luckily, i was able to connect everything on the sink before dropping it in. Super easy! Very stylish look but not too fancy. The brushed stainless goes great with a Kraus black sink.

can the faucet be installed with the handle on the left instead of the right?

WHERE IS THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT LOCATED? WE HAD LOWES INSTALL IT FOR US AND THEY DID NOT LEAVE A BROCHURE FOR US ON SCHEMATICS

The battery box of the Delta Essa Kitchen Pull-Down 9113T-AR-DST faucet should be lying on the floor of the cabinet, 2 inches away from the wall and other items below the sink. Does this come with matching drain?

Dear Molly, Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Essa Touch Kitchen 9113T-DST faucet does not come with a drain assembly. Drain assemblies usually only come in the box of a Lavatory bathroom sink faucet. Best regards, Tanya

Touch2O features still work even though I wear rubber glove?

How easy is it to replace the batteries, i.e. are they easily accessed?

Hi, Paula! Thank you for your question. The batteries for our Delta Touch2O Faucets, including the Delta 9113T-AR-DST Faucet, are replaceable from underneath the sink at the battery pack. IS THERE A &quot;WATER SAVER&quot; WASHER OR WATER CONSERVATION WASHER IN THE SPRAY HEAD? I HAVE VERY LOW WATER PRESSURE AND WOULD LIKE TO REMOVE IT IF POSSIBLE.
