Disappointing Purchase
Within two days of being installed by a licensed plumber who's done work for us for years, this faucet started leaking and not registering when the temperature increased. Ferguson store gave me a direct line to call Delta, whose CSR sent replacement parts out. Why do I have to pay to have a new faucet fixed? Beware--found many recent online reviews with same complaints. Something changed at Delta.

Ferguson told us to buy this faucet. Does not work well in that it switches off intermittently, no water flow when starting the faucet so we have to touch it. Too many issues since purchase less than 20 days back.

Nice Functional Faucet
Delivered quickly and exactly what we ordered. Installation was easy. It replaced a top of line solid brass & metal faucet and tho this Delta model is constructed with lighter materials, so far it’s working great. No complaints at all. The touch control takes a little getting use to but comes in handy for sure. Love the easy to clean design & fits all decor styles.

I have a Delta Touch2O 9113T-AR-DST that drips when it is off (in Touch mode, the faucet is set to on position) but it doesn't drip if we turn the faucet off manually. We've had this faucet for 5 years, just started doing this. What part do I need?

How do you change the batteries?

The Delta Faucet model 9113T-DST Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O® Technology In Chrome batteries are located in the battery box on the cabinet floor. The top to the battery pack has 2 buttons on the sides that can be depressed in which will release it. Once the top is released you will need to determine if you will be using 6 AA or 6 C batteries to power the faucet. If using 6 AA's remove the current batteries and ensure you have the included adapter to allow for them to be used and insert the batteries as shown on the side of the battery box. If using 6 C's remove said adapter and insert the batteries as shown.

Bought this for our house when we built, worked great for a few months. And now it randomly and obnoxiously drips when you touch to turn it off. But if you use the handle and manually close it, it doesn't drip. Tried battery and plus in, same result.

This faucet, model number 9113T-BL-DST (Essa) is listed on Delta's website for $728. The same model number faucet is listed on Home Depot's website for $315.99. What is the difference between them? Are they the EXACT same faucet, including internally?

Does the faucet handle need to always be in the open/on position to use touch less

Has there been any issue with the swivel section of the faucet becoming difficult to swivel, tighten up or freeze up completely?
The touch function stopped working o. My edsa faucet. the batteries have been changed already and the temp light is not accurate either. How do I fix this?

Received used Delta Essa Model 9113T-AR-DST from brother in law. Mounting bracket that came with it matches MODEL#: RP92714 and not the mounting bracket associated with this model online. I’m confused. Will it work?

both my 9113T-DST faucets have developed a slow drip when off after less than a year of use. How and what should I check or replace to stop the drip without having to turn the handle off?

Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about the 9113T-DST!
Debris can cause the cartridge to not seal properly, we would recommend flushing the faucet. I have included instructions below to flushing.
Please follow the below steps to resolve your drip:
1. Put the handle in the off position.
2. Remove the blue clip that is attached to the top of the solenoid assembly below the sink.
3. Pull the solenoid off of the faucet connection. Remove the debris screen in the top connection if able, and clear any debris with tweezers or a q-tip.
4. Set a bucket under the PEX supply line that is exposed.
5. Place the handle in the on position and allow it to run water for 2 full minutes. This will clear the supply line out of any debris.
6. Put the handle back into the off position.
7. Reconnect the solenoid to the faucet and clip it back into place.
8. Now remove the bottom clip from the solenoid where the hose connects and pull the hose off.
9. Turn the water back on for an additional 2 minutes to clear the solenoid assembly of any remaining debris.
10. Reconnect the hose and clip it into place again.
Once that is finished, turn the water onto the faucet and run it for 15 seconds.

i have the essa touch faucet, and its only 2 years old, and it wont stop dripping when in the on position, i can turn the handle to off and it will stop .but that defeats the purpose of touch faucet

I have model # 9113T-AR-DST that is dripping when the handle is in the open position, but the water supply has been touched off. If I move the handle to closed/off position the dripping stops. It only drips if the handle is open. How do I fix the problem

I touchless, delta water faucet, constantly leaks, and now water barely comes out at all. I have to wait approximately 10 minutes to let the water warm up for it to even come out enough to wash dishes. I’m wondering what the warranty on the faucet is.
I have this faucet and plastic part of the gooseneck started sticking out, so now pull-out part is not able to get completely in so that metal parts of gooseneck and pull-out are not flush. Is there a way to address it?

I have a 9113T-AR-DST that was installed about one year ago. The faucet/sprayer no longer fully retracts after it has been pulled out for use. What can I do to fix it?

Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about, 9113T-AR-DST! Our pull down faucets do not have retractable hoses, you would need to push the hose back into the faucet. This faucet includes a magnetite docking which may need replaced.
To troubleshoot, take a paper clip and touch it to the spout where the hose goes inside and to the wand where the hose attaches. Which ever the paperclip does NOT stick too would need replaced.

Does the operating handle for temperature adjustment move only from the vertical position towards the user or does it pivot both towards the backsplash and towards the user? My backsplash would constrict if it moves backwards also.
