Rated 1 out of 5 by from Delta doesn't not help w return Unfortunately I have to return the faucet & am willing to pay for S&H. Delta will no't send a return label (corporate rate) so I don't have to pay $50 for shipping. Best to buy through Amazon or distributors, NOT directly with Delta.

If I buy a recertified faucet and it breaks while under warranty, will Delta replace that faucet with another recertified faucet, or with a new one? If it must be replaced with another recertified faucet and it is out of stock, would I have to wait long?

All parts (other than electronic parts and batteries) and finishes of these Delta® Recertified faucets are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for ten (10) years from the date of original purchase. For commercial purchasers, the warranty period is one (1) year from the date of original purchase. If a recertified product must be replaced the same recertified model will be ordered and if it isn't available the closest model replacement will be offered. Please reach out with further questions! Good morning. I know your product carries ASME standard. Will your pull down spots faucets ever have a ASSE standard? As ASSE standard is required to be stamped on the product for our backflow prevention program. Thank you

Arctic Stainless - is that like brushed stainless steel?

MODEL#: 9159-AR-DST-R, I do not get hot water from the hot side, I get water pressure and flow just not temperature. This faucet was professionally installed 6 months ago. What do I try next?
