Rated 1 out of 5 by from Delta doesn't not help w return Unfortunately I have to return the faucet & am willing to pay for S&H. Delta will no't send a return label (corporate rate) so I don't have to pay $50 for shipping. Best to buy through Amazon or distributors, NOT directly with Delta.

Is Arctic Stanless the same as brushed chrome?

Does the complete water spout of the faucet swivel to go from side to side of the kitchen sink? My old one does, and has been a wonder to swivel it to the side of my counter top in order to fill large pots!

Does this faucet have integrated backflow preventor?

My Trinsic faucet pull down magnet in the actual faucet arm is starting to come out. Is that replaceable. My pull down sprayer does not set flush any longer.
