Is this solid brass? Which faucets are solid brass?

We own a seasonal cabin. I drain the water out of the house each fall.  My wife wants a touch-less faucet for the kitchen sink.  Do you have a faucet where the water can be drained from it, and plastic parts will not break due to moisture?
