Good while it lasted
Be advised, if the touch feature dies you will be without water in your kitchen until fixed. Ours died in less than 3 years. Other than not serving its primary function it is fine.

Good looking
This faucet is not only good looking but also is very functional. The pull out sprayer is really handy. No drips no leaks. Big pans to wash are no problem with the high arcing faucet and the sprayer combined. I like this faucet more every time I use it.

Beautiful Faucet
I went with brass fixtures in the kitchen of my home that was built in 1928. Finding a great looking brass faucet was difficult. This faucet is a the perfect updated brass look with champagne finish. It works amazing and we are so pleased with it.

leak that new cartridge does not solve
leak coming out of the cartridge or the faucet body the cartridge sits in. I pulled the cartridge & cleaned it and then tried varying tightness 5 degrees at a time. Called Delta, got new cartridge. Same problem. May be in the base assembly that hold the cartridge. But that base does not have a part number. Back to Delta phone help (so far the best thing about owning a delta faucet)

Attractive kitchen faucet
Obviously well made!!! Quickly installed. Upon receiving my order I realized I had not closely reviewed the order number and therefore did not receive the soap dispenser I wanted. However, the sales rep. Karen was very helpful in remedying this and even arranged for the package price and consequently a quick rebate.

Love this faucet!
Love the look and ease of use of this faucet. The style matched our Reverse Osmosis faucet. Installation was easy. I would recommend this faucet to anyone looking for a good quality contemporary faucet.

Love this faucet, but a repair already
We remodeled our kitchen and this Trinsic beautifully blends in with the new mix of traditional and modern elements. The magnetic pull down is brilliant. The 360 degree swivel allows me to fill a stock pot while it is sitting on my island behind the sink! Never thought about that being a bonus when I purchased this faucet, but it is nice not having to lift a huge pot of water out of the sink and instead just slide it off the island.
My only reservation is that the cartridge assembly has gone bad after only 10 months. I could tell the handle had suddenly gotten harder to operate, but still worked. A few days later, I found a water puddle in my new cabinet under the sink. Cleaned everything up and after some investigating, I could see drops of water very slowly, but persistently, sliding down the hose and landing on the cabinet floor.
Delta customer service was friendly and helpful and is sending a replacement cartridge assembly. It will be here in a week. Until then, I'm turning off the water! I still love this faucet and would recommend Delta because of the company's reputation, warranty and product quality.

nice combo of form and function
love the look, and the switch on the nozzle is a nice feature. retractable head is great, though it must be positioned with the switch in one of two places on the rotation for full retraction fyi.

Quality lacking, but is beauty not.
This is a gorgeous faucet. It's large, shiny, and very sleek. However, it does not function as well as it looks. My main complaint is with the pull-out hose. It does not retract by itself and feels flimsy. The material it's made from seems sturdy enough, but somehow the fact that it stays floppy outside of the locked in position makes it seem less so. There is a magnetic feature that "pulls" it into place, but that only initiates when you have pushed it back in about 95% of the way.
I also find that the temperature placement seems off. It could just be personal preference, but in my mind, the hot should be on top and the cold on the bottom. I often find myself expecting cold water when I pull the lever down, but realize it's the other way around. To get cold water one must push the lever up and away.
I do like how the flow and spray switch operates smoothy with what seems like a fool-proof mechanism (meaning it won't get caught "in-between" like my faucets in the past. It's either flow or spray with nothing in between.
I wish the flow was a bit more powerful, too, but perhaps this is a built in feature for water conservation. I can live with that.
Would I recommend this to a friend? Probably. It would depend on what his/her main requirements were. If rated on looks alone, this is an A+. It's exactly what we were looking for. The function would receive about a B. So I'd say this was a fairly good purchase.
Would I buy it again? I'm not sure. The fact is that it's almost impossible to know how something will function until it's installed in your home with full water pressure. So choosing something else would have the same challenges. I guess that's why customer reviews are so important!! Cheers.

Love everything about this faucet.
I especially like the on/off control. When it is straight up, cold water comes out. As you move the lever down, the water become warmer until it's all the way down for hot water. So easy to use. I also like how clean and simple it looks on my sink. I'm so happy I bought this faucet!

I bought this faucet for our new build. It looks great in our kitchen but have now noticed after 2 years that the handle is starting to loosen. Not good.
I am going to call Delta about this problem.

Broke after 6 months
We bought this faucet in November, over the weekend my husband touched the faucet to turn it off (using the touch feature) when he did, he continued to hear water running, as he opened up the cabinet door underneath he found the water spraying under the sink! We mopped up the water and went on to explore the defect and found that the cartridge inside had broken and caused the leak. It is going back! Not a huge fan of the touch feature. Even before this problem, the touch feature often misfired and the faucet would turn off and on randomly. I like the faucet but just prefer the good 'ole off and on handle best.

Really nice faucet
I bought this faucet to replace my old faucet that did not have a sprayer. It fit well in my sink and was not too tall. I had more trouble taking out my old faucet than putting the new one in place. All and all a great faucet.

We're very happy with this faucet. It is larger than expected, so makes a statement. I works great, we love it.
We had a plumber install it + matching soap dispenser, but understand it was straightforward installation.

A quality product
I really like the look and the quality of the product. At first I thought it would look too big and clunky but in reality it looks just fine. The only thing that i might adjust if possible is the ease in which the faucet rotates. it can be too easily be swung by accident. maybe it's just my unit.

Nice faucet
I have never been a fan of faucets with pull down sprayers but we purchased a house that had one hole for the faucet and we wanted a sprayer. Since this faucet has the sprayer with the magnet to to hold the nozzle in place, we decided to try it. So far it is working as advertised and the installation was easy.

Uncomfortable but it looks pretty
I can't believe all the positive reviews on the design, it is uncomfortable to turn off or on, when your hands are wet you will bring water to the counter stone as you turn off the water.
Bad ergonomic design but looks pretty.

Great value
We've been living with this faucet in our remodeled kitchen for 2 months now and are very pleased. I was initially concerned that the pulldown spray head is plastic (I'm still hoping it doesn't turn into a problem with longevity; remains to be seen), but it works great and may be heavier/more unwieldy if it were made of metal. LOVE the magnetic locking feature, so there's never a dangling spray head, and it seats in easily when you retract it. I like how smoothly and far it pulls out, but the downside to that is that it can get tangled in the plumbing or other items you may happen to have under your sink. (That extra length of hose doesn't magically retract into thin air.) I can have a pot or pitcher on the countertop flanking a standard size sink and it easily reaches to fill it. The spray easily switches back and forth from stream to spray and does not automatically revert to stream when you turn the water off, which is what I wanted. I can also easily use my wrist to turn the water off/on when I have messy hands. The height is slightly shorter than similar models from other brands; also what I wanted, and a great value for the price. One thing that should be pointed out is that this model does NOT have a brushed base like is shown in the picture; the whole unit is polished chrome.

We renovated our kitchen and I purchased this faucet to specifically coordinate with my hardware. Much to my surprise it works wonderfully well. I would buy this faucet over and over again.
