Absolutely love this beautiful kitchen faucet. The hose is very flexible, making it easy to use the flow or spray options to wash food debris into the disposal. After using the pull-down spray, it retracts easily (on it's own) into the curved faucet. I love the faucet's simplicity as I am sort of a minimalist. It's gorgeous jewelry for your kitchen. I have received compliments about it's look and style. I LOVE it.

Really like this faucet. The one (a different brand) we had before some of the minor plastic parts broke and it was quite frustrating. So far this one is working well. The hose is much more flexible and retracts so much nicer. I would recommend this to others.

Sturdy facet with awkward cold/hot lever
It is a sturdy facet. The height and design are exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, the cold/hot lever doesn’t operate in a visually obvious manner since the little red and blue dots don’t correspond to the needed required directions.

Leaked within days of installation- buyer beware
A factory issue with the hot water line caused significant flooding in the sink cabinet multiple times, beginning not long after installation. Please do not ignore all the reviews reporting the same issue about leaks!This was a frustrating and expensive process to diagnose and led to the return of the faucet.

Yuck to the plastic spray wand!
Love the look and feel of this faucet except for the plastic spray wand. Was shocked to take it out of the box and discover it wasn't metal like the rest of the faucet. That one part makes the whole faucet look and feel cheap. I would expect that for a less expensive faucet but at this price point I expected better.
