Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice faucet Bought this faucet for our newly remodeled beach house. Love the sleek look and size. Have only used it for two weeks and the only downside is the pitch of the faucet. The water does not flow straight down but a little toward the front of the sink; even with that I still like it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Faucet leaks I haven't even had faucet 1 year yet. Where you pull hose down and spray comes out when you shut off spray it leaks.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It's A Dud The 1.8 gpm flow rate is a constant nuisance. It takes twice the time to get hot water, rinse dishes or fill the sink. Double the aggravation if you have a deep sink. The faucet is stylish and switch from spay to stream works well as does the pullout/return of the spray head. The tall height doesn't really help make any cleaning tasks easier and I think a more conventional height faucet with spray would work better.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from spots We installed this faucet yesterday in stainless and while I like the faucet it shows every spot and fingerprint. Is there anything I can apply to it to prevent this? I am very disappointed. I thought the finish we were getting was the newer version of stainless that does not show everything.

Can I purchase an AC adapter for this product so I do not need batteries. is there a soap dispenser style that goes with this faucet?

Asked by: luke
Thank you for your question, Luke! Model 9183-AR-DST is not a touch model, however the model 9183T-AR-DST is a touch activated version of the Mateo and the optional A/C adapter, EP73954, may be ordered separately. Although we do not offer a specific soap dispenser in the Mateo collection, many of our dispensers will compliment this model. https://www.deltafaucet.com/kitchen/product/9183T-AR-DST https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=EP73954 https://www.deltafaucet.com/kitchen/accessories/soap-dispensers Best regards, Edward

Could you please explain the blue and red dots on the handle.

Asked by: afly41
Hi afly41, Thank you for your question. The blue and red dots indicate which direction to turn the handle to get cold or hot temperature. The upright position will provide cold water and rotating the handle forward will provide hot. Best regards, Jon

Hi, what is this faucet made of? Is the interior brass?

Asked by: Heidi
Hi, Heidi! Thank you for your question. Our units are made of various materials, not just brass or plastic. We do use a mixture of different metals calling it "pot metal". Due to water laws in certain states we have to be compliant if we want to sell the units there. We make them all the same and they are sold everywhere as such. We can't provide that level of detail every time. And specific amounts are considered proprietary (trade secret). But in general, the faucet may contain: Bronze Brass (36000, 260) (hub, handle, body, tube, fittings) Zinc (escutcheon, hub, handle) Stainless Steel (undercover plate, seat liner, set screw) Copper (tubing) PEX-C (puck and tubing) Silicone (gaskets) Synthetic rubber - EDPM, Santoprene (hoses) Vinyl (hoses) Nylon Plastics Theses materials would be for external as well as internal pieces as well. However, the units made with a "DST" (Diamond Seal Technology) cartridges are ceramic. This is where the water runs thru the unit. Best Regards, Rosanna

Hi. Our faucet was just installed, but I'm not sure about the "swivel" of the faucet. It seems to swivel VERY easily back and forth and I'm not sure if it's supposed to, or if it could be loose. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Asked by: Sue and Bill
Hi, Sue and Bill! Thank you for your question. If the faucet spout assembly is too loose, we recommend to make sure the spout retainer is not broken inside. If it needs to be replaced, the part number for replacement is RP60923. Here is a link to the part: https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP60923 You can usually find Delta faucet parts at any dealer that sells Delta faucets. Some good places to check can be found on our website under Where To Buy. http://www.deltafaucet.com/where-to-buy/index.html To order parts directly from Delta, you may call the toll-free Delta Help Line at 1-800-345-3358. I own this faucet and love it! It is now plugged and I can't figure out how to get it apart to clean the screen? Do you have a help video?

Asked by: Denise
Hi Denise, Thanks for your question. I'm sorry to hear your spray wand is clogged. There is no way to take the spray wand apart for cleaning. We recommend soaking the entire spray wand in a 50/50 solution of warm water and white vinegar for cleaning. Best regards, Brandis
