But the stainless is a bright and somewhat garish tone that does not match my existing stainless steel and as a result looks cheap. I'm going to move this into my laundry room and buy another one from Kohler or Moen to make sure it matches.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No hot water pressure - worst customer service !!! Purchased Oct. 2020. After 2 months - no hot water pressure. Agent sent me new valve; no change. Spoke to agent Justin Miles who told me that they need to send me a second valve just to make sure that the valves aren't defective and if that didn't resolve issue they would send me new faucet. Asked to speak with supervisor was told one would call. That was over three weeks ago. Received new valve; same result. Called and asked to speak to Justin Miles was told no agent by that name. Recanted my history was told that I could pay 30% and get a new faucet. Guaranteed for life seems more like extortion.

This faucet has a good weight to it, easy to install and use. It's beautiful. Delta's champagne bronze is a softened gold and very visually appealing, esp compared to older and other brand's gold-tone fixtures. We love it.

The magnet keeps the head firmly attached, yet it is very easy to detach when needed. The hot/cold handle position are well marked. Also, I love the new ShieldSpray feature. It works as stated on the Delta website. Great poduct!

The height of the faucet is much better than our older faucet we had replaced and works well with our 70/30 deep sink. We like the spray options and the sprayer comes out very easily and is very convenient for a quick rinse of the sinks and its high enough that you really don't need to pull the sprayer out very far to hit the whole sink area. The on/off lever on the side is great too, positioned perfectly so that you can flip it on with the back of your hand. Overall it was a nice upgrade for us and the price was reasonable for the look, quality of Delta brand, and functionality. Delta has great customer service as well so if we ever need to replace parts, I know they are there ready to send whatever you need fast.

My water pressure feels really nice and I love that my sprayer and faucet are all in one. I’m giving it 4 stars because I felt like the install of the product could’ve went a little smoother. This wasn’t really simple. Overall, great faucet and I definitely recommend. It makes my kitchen look up to date.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not so easy instalation I got this Delta product and was happy with it as soon as i seen it... beautieful... looks nice works great and my family likes the look of it.. the only problem i had was that it wasnt an easy product to put in... the instructions were a life saver a life saver but still took almost 2 hours ( lets just say that im not the worlds greatest plumber ) but after it is all said and done im really impressed with how sturdy and well working this fausit is. Love the product just wish it was easier to put in!

The water pressure is perfect also! It is just enough of a stream to not splash everywhere! I also love that it is easier to control than the old one I had. I absolutely love this new kitchen faucet and it looks so much nicer than the other one I had! Simply, AMAZING!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delta Shield Spray We have used the Delta ShieldSpray faucet for a week now, the faucet was pretty easy to install if you take the time to read the directions throughly. We dont have a dishwasher so I felt this SprayShield faucet would really speed up the dish washing process and it did. The theory behind SprayShield is that it powers off the mess without making a bigger mess, no water and food sprayed all over. All you have to do is undock your wand , and use one your three spray modes, ShieldSpray, stream, or regular spray it's nice having options and great not having a mess.

The buttons on the pull down faucet gives this model different features that normal pull down faucets do not have. I really like this part.

The faucet works awesome with the shield spray This is the coolest new feature because the water isn’t going all over the place. I would recommend this to any DIY person. The results are amazing and the faucet is a dream.

Everything we needed for installation was in the box. The design and finish of the faucet is absolutely beautiful. The one feature I really like is the ability to go from a stream of water to a spray with the touch of a button. With just a small pull the faucet turns into a hand sprayer. Overall the design of this faucet gives the sink a nice clean look without all the bulky levers and sprouts to clutter things up that I use to have. It has a nice lever to turn the water on and off and from cold to hot. I would definitely recommend this faucet.

It really makes my kitchen look classy and all together now. My wife loves how it has the spray attachment that you can pull down. This faucet is worth every penny. It cleans dishes better and having a happy wife is a happy life.

Does the sprayer stay in the last-used mode when the water is turned off and on? I.e., if the spray is on, the water is turned off and then back on, will it still be in spray mode, or will it have defaulted to something else, like stream?

We recently got this faucet and when you switch the button from spray to stream and vice verse it still drips or sprays a little of the opposite option. If I go and push the button harder it will fix the problem. I’m concerned that eventually it won’t.

If the sprayer assembly is experiencing cross flow, water coming out of both spray and stream on the sprayer of the 9197-DST, we recommend to soak the sprayer in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water solution for an hour or even overnight. If this does not solve the issue, we recommend to replace the sprayer assembly, RP72680. How do I disassemble to clean the sprayer? It seems to have hard water clog, the spray is all over the place and the pressure is low.

i like the style of this product, but some reviews suggest that its too big for a 24" wide sink. Is there a smaller similar product?

Can someone tell me the vertical distance (space) between the valve and the sink / escutcheon?

Our dishwasher air gap is mounted just a few inches from the hole for the faucet. It's been heck trying to find a faucet that has a right-side control lever that doesn't interfere. This model appear to have a higher mounted control lever but I can't find the measurement in the specifications.
