Rated 1 out of 5 by from Over Priced, Under Featured Faucet pressure is very low, almost to the point of being unusable and yes, I have flushed the lines, ensured none of the screens are blocked, etc. Without the shower head there is plenty of pressure. The issue appears to be in amount of stuff in the head. Further, when adjusting the touches sensor off since it gets so annoying to actually have the water go on and off when you move within 6-8 inches of the faucet, it never actually goes off. Even in the off setting, the faucet will still go on and off if you are within an inch or two of it. Lots of money for a faucet that I now just use the handle to turn off and on vs the whole point of touch/touchless.

The handle on my Delta 9197-AR-PR-DST Cassidy kitchen faucet is loose.  The faucet is just over 2 years old.  Can you tell me how to tighten the faucet handle or is something broken?

What is the correct replacement aerator for 9197-AR-DST ? Thank you

What is the gpm flow rate verses water supply pressure? What flow should the faucet deliver at a supply pressure of 40 psi?

The touch feature does not work. Batteries are new and light comes on and off when touched, but water will not turn on or off with touch.

Hi Larry, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue with the CASSIDY™ Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet MODEL#: 9197-AR-DST. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the fully open middle position, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Are you able to send replacement black plastic toggle switch for switching between the aerator and spray setting? The part that hooks into the poppet valve broke but it still snaps onto the sprayer, and the valve still works fine.
