We get sprayed standing at the sink unless the head is pulled down close to the bottom of the sink. It's really annoying. I'm a kitchen designer and used this for my own home kitchen. Regretting it.

It matches the style of my traditional/southwest/industrial/super eclectic home perfectly. I love the magnetic spout feature to ensure that the spout always locks back in place when I am done using it. No other faucet on the market has a magnet like this. I also like how there is not a metal hose, it is much quieter than my previous faucet when using the pull down spray.

But the best part was the wonderful experience ordering and getting it. My first faucet was delivered to the wrong address and I was able to speak DIRECTLY to the person who helped place the order. He and the plumber that installed it absolutely loved it. A friend of mine took a copy of my order and she is ordering one for her kitchen. Obviously - we LOVE this faucet. The spray works really well - not too forceful and the swivel is smooth as butter. It is also sits tall and impressive in any kitchen.

The install was easy and it works very well. We wanted a high end appearance and it definitely has it. This faucet would go well in any style kitchen.The valve has a wide adjustment range between cold and hot and this makes it easy to adjust the desired water temperature.

When deciding on the new faucet for our recent kitchen upgrade, we looked at many but ended up picking this one. My wife loved the design and feel of it. For me, the best feature of this new Delta was how easy it was to install once our new countertop and sink was in place. I didn't miss having to fumble with a basin wrench while under the cabinet. This new design makes it so much easier to mount that I just can't say enough about it. Once installed we love the way it works and looks.

We have always used Delta faucets due to how long they last and the ease of finding repair parts when needed. The installation was the easiest I've ever done. After installing new granite countertops, cabinet hardware, stainless sink, and stainless appliances, I find I like the new faucet best. Everything about this faucet makes it a joy to use.

The new Delta faucet fits perfectly with custom made solid cherry cabinets and granite counter tops. We have been using it for a month and love the oiled bronze finish, the magnetic lock feature and pull-out spray option. It arrived on time. We would highly recommend this faucet.

I love Moen but the wife liked the design of the Delta so we gambled and bought the Cassidy pull down kitchen faucet in oil rubbed bronze. We had a professional plumber due the install. No issues. I saw reviews where the faucet could fall over during install and offered to hold it for the plumber so the finish would be damaged if it hit the Quartz counter top. Wife loves the faucet and matching soap dispenser, and air gap. The hose does not tangle. It took her a few times to figure out how to push it back up...now no issues. The spray and regular volume of water is good. Loves the controls handle size and placement. Finish is terrific, love the patina. She washes her hair in the sink so the pull down feature gets a workout. The faucet does spin around but no problem with spraying on the counter top. The soap dispenser works terrific and holds 8 or 10 ounces. Easy to refill with the funnel I got her when I ordered the faucet, air gap, and soap dispenser. If any thing changes I will come back and provide an update. It's been used 5 weeks. Highly recommended.

Does the sprayer stay in the last-used mode when the water is turned off and on? I.e., if the spray is on, the water is turned off and then back on, will it still be in spray mode, or will it have defaulted to something else, like stream?

We recently got this faucet and when you switch the button from spray to stream and vice verse it still drips or sprays a little of the opposite option. If I go and push the button harder it will fix the problem. I’m concerned that eventually it won’t.

If the sprayer assembly is experiencing cross flow, water coming out of both spray and stream on the sprayer of the 9197-DST, we recommend to soak the sprayer in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water solution for an hour or even overnight. If this does not solve the issue, we recommend to replace the sprayer assembly, RP72680. How do I disassemble to clean the sprayer? It seems to have hard water clog, the spray is all over the place and the pressure is low.

i like the style of this product, but some reviews suggest that its too big for a 24" wide sink. Is there a smaller similar product?

Can someone tell me the vertical distance (space) between the valve and the sink / escutcheon?

Our dishwasher air gap is mounted just a few inches from the hole for the faucet. It's been heck trying to find a faucet that has a right-side control lever that doesn't interfere. This model appear to have a higher mounted control lever but I can't find the measurement in the specifications.
