Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEST on the market We purchased this faucet to go with out new 30 inch farm sink. It is just what I was looking for in both look and function. Love the magnetic spray nozzle and how it stays up in the end of the faucet and does not dangle out like some we looked at. The nickle finish stays looking good and is easy to clean. Would highly recommed this to anyone that is looking for a low priced, quality faucet and made by Delta that spells Quality all by it's self.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful, functional faucet Just purchased this faucet for our kitchen remodel and absolutely love it. The design is very sophisticated with minimal detail which is what we were looking for. The pull-down works wonderfully and we use it all the time. Having the "magnetic locking" system was a feature of Delta faucets we definitely wanted. Most other brands do not offer this. The warranty on this faucet is great also. The only minor negative is that when turning on the water, the water pressure may be either not enough or too much for what you need to do, and you have to adjust the handle a bit more. Overall, this is a great faucet. We also purchased the matching soap dispenser and are very happy with it as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The style of this faucet is perfect The style of the Cassidy pulldown is perfect for a tradition or transitional kitchen. The function is unmatched the in kitchen faucet arena. The pulldown feature is easier to use than a pullout, the Magnatite docking feature keeps your spray head where it's suppose to be and the Diamond Valve is going to keep it leak free for years even in areas with hard water.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks really nice! I ordered this faucet for our apron front sink. I wanted a single hole faucet since I was also getting a soap dispenser, instant hot and an air switch at the sink. It is not hooked up yet so I cannot comment on function but as for appearance it is very nice. It is large but I expected that would be the case. I also chose to go with this faucet over others because it had a longer reach which was important with my sink which is deep front to back. Also because my plumber said Delta was a good option since replacement parts are usually available if needed in the future.

I have a 24 inch kitchen cabinet and I feel this faucet is a little oversized for this size sink base. Other than that, this faucet is really nice looking in my new transitional kitchen. It was easy to install and I recommend this product highly.

Does the sprayer stay in the last-used mode when the water is turned off and on? I.e., if the spray is on, the water is turned off and then back on, will it still be in spray mode, or will it have defaulted to something else, like stream?

Thank you for your question LMBaer! For Delta pull down kitchen faucets that feature Shield Spray, once the the shield spray button is activated and released it will automatically revert back to the spray setting. Thanks, Antoine

We recently got this faucet and when you switch the button from spray to stream and vice verse it still drips or sprays a little of the opposite option. If I go and push the button harder it will fix the problem. I’m concerned that eventually it won’t.

If the sprayer assembly is experiencing cross flow, water coming out of both spray and stream on the sprayer of the 9197-DST, we recommend to soak the sprayer in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water solution for an hour or even overnight. If this does not solve the issue, we recommend to replace the sprayer assembly, RP72680. How do I disassemble to clean the sprayer? It seems to have hard water clog, the spray is all over the place and the pressure is low.

i like the style of this product, but some reviews suggest that its too big for a 24" wide sink. Is there a smaller similar product?

Can someone tell me the vertical distance (space) between the valve and the sink / escutcheon?

Our dishwasher air gap is mounted just a few inches from the hole for the faucet. It's been heck trying to find a faucet that has a right-side control lever that doesn't interfere. This model appear to have a higher mounted control lever but I can't find the measurement in the specifications.
