Rated 1 out of 5 by from Over Priced, Under Featured Faucet pressure is very low, almost to the point of being unusable and yes, I have flushed the lines, ensured none of the screens are blocked, etc. Without the shower head there is plenty of pressure. The issue appears to be in amount of stuff in the head. Further, when adjusting the touches sensor off since it gets so annoying to actually have the water go on and off when you move within 6-8 inches of the faucet, it never actually goes off. Even in the off setting, the faucet will still go on and off if you are within an inch or two of it. Lots of money for a faucet that I now just use the handle to turn off and on vs the whole point of touch/touchless.

Is the decorative ring for 9197-RB-DST Faucet required to install or is it acceptable to not apply? Thank you

Hello llp1! Thanks for your question. You will need to check the manufacturing date on the supply lines coming from the base of the faucet. You may also find this information on the box. If the date is prior to 8-1-2018 you will need to use the base ring that comes with the faucet. If the date is after 8-1-2018 you only need to use the gasket, not the base ring. Does this faucet come with a Deck Plate to cover 3 holes in the sink

Does this faucet come standard with a deck plate to cover the extra holes in a typical 4 hole sink? I see the soap dispenser is not included.

what is the difference between 'Euromotion' Diamond valve and Diamond valve

Thank you for your question. The difference between the two valves is how they operate. The "Euromotion" valve operates to the side as well as back and forth. Both valve contain our Diamond Seal technology.

mounting plate included in case I need to cover existing 3 holes in counter?

Where do I change the batteries?

The red light sensor is on. I'm assuming it's time to change the batteries. Any idea where the batteries are located?

At what height does the facet start arching outwards I just purchased this facet but i have a window ledge that sticks out 3 in from the wall and a height clearance of only 12 in. I noted the total height is listed 15 but thats to the top after arching.
