I needed a new kitchen faucet so looked at touch faucets but didn't like any of them. Bought a very fancy contemporary Delta non touch faucet which I liked a lot. But still had the problem of stretching across the sink. Gave that faucet away. Bought this less fancy TOUCH one with which I am deliriously in love. Function over style for me!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Rust at pullout for Faucet I have the black Delta Touch and my family has loved it, but this rust started forming and the spout will not retract to the spigot!! I have enclosed photos to show the problem. I am quite concerned about the quality now of water! Probably all is well, but at the cost I paid for this and installation I am disappointed with this occurrence. I gave only 2 stars because of the rust!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaks Faucet started dripping within a few weeks of install. Changed from the spray to the stream setting and dripping stopped. But now leaks under the sink. Having the plumber confirm it is not an install issue. Pretty sure its the faucet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nice when it works Likes the new shiny faucet. Sprayer works well, well has a nice spray but when pulled out pretty far like outside the sink it shuts off. The touch feature? Works sometimes anywhere you touch it on the faucet, sometimes you can only get it to turn on when you touch the curved section. If the sprayer hose moves the wires under the sink it stops working. Dont know why. I placed it low down in sink cabinet as instruceted by manufacturer. Worked great for a week. Now won't turn on at all. DONT BUY!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Improved design from version 6 years ago I bought this faucet to replace an original Delta touch kitchen faucet. The original suffered from a number of issues within 3 years, including "touchy" performance and flow/solenoid issues. This newer version provides a number of improvements: 1) better battery pack, 2) indicator light for water temperature and battery replacement, 3) on/off handle integrated into body of faucet, 4) better touch performance. The only reason for not giving 5 stars, is that the included AA batteries were weak and needed to be replaced. I learned this after a few days of watching the indicator light flash when trying to turn on/off the flow. I looked it up and saw that this flashing light means time to replace the batteries.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Delta Essa Touch 2 Go We moved into a new home about 8 months ago. We have the Essa Touch 2 Go in the Kitchen and the same style in the Laundry room w/o the touch feature. The difference in pressure was immediately apparent. The Touch 2 Go in the kitchen is almost useless now. We barely have any pressure and have not been able to figure out why. It seems as though it is declining rapidly.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great Idea - Poor Execution The new house we moved into in April 2020 came equipped with a Touch2O kitchen faucet. What a great idea during meal preparation, where rinsing food or hands frequently (but not continuously) is desirable. After only three months however, the water won't turn back on after touching to turn it off - no Water! After 10 or 15 minutes it does seem to reset, so the water can be again turned on, but using the touch feature again repeats the problem. Since the house is still under warranty, the installer will be coming by to evaluate and resolve the problem, but in the meantime, we are left with a useless touch feature with little assurance the same problem will not repeat.

I have had this for 2 years and never gave it any thought, but the water pressure is so low, I love the touch idea, but the water pressure coming out is so low, I can hardly clean plates off. I think the mechanism that allows water through is either bad or to obstructive. I would like to try a different one to see if the same issue will occur.

And it’s still working after 4.5 years. Just recently, the battery holder seems to be malfunctioning so we’ll hopefully get that replaced. But we’ve been really happy with our purchase. Visitors always comment on how useful it is.

I really don't like the excess splash from even the lowest water setting, I see Delta has announced "shield spray" which is now available on some. Sometimes when trying to use without touch no water unless I play with the handle. Hard to get water temperature adjusted to temperature I want with the lever. Might be because new to me, but at this point I am kinda wishing I had a different faucet.

I'm in my mid 60's and been buying Delta for 40+ years. You may ask yourself; How often will I use the touch feature? Well I'm here to tell you,how about 95% of the time. Easy installation and love that the handle for water goes forward so you don't need to worry about it hitting backsplash or wall. Love the touch feature. It does drip sometimes but if you lower the handle water flow(amount of water coming out) it won't drip. Definitely recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best value for money While renovating our kitchen I we agreed to upgrade to either a wave or touch operated kitchen faucet. After looking at various products we decided to purchase the 9913T-AR-DST model and we are so happy we did. The installation was very easy, which took about 30 minutes and the functionality is faultless. The LED light is perfect as it not just indicates the temperature of the water it also indicates if the water should be running. The functions allows us to see if we actually turned the water off by the lever and the valve is open. We now have been able to fully utilize our new kitchen for over two weeks and we just totally enjoy the new faucet. Another great idea is the lever moves to the front and with no restriction of movement with the back splash. There is one thing we had to adjust until it was right was the weight to withdraw the sprayer head, but we do have additional plumbing underneath the sink that may cause the hose to get hung up. Overall, for the price, function and quality, we believe this was a great investment. Thank you Delta!

The faucet handle is very sensitive and I have difficulty getting the pressure of the water at a happy medium - it trickles, or blasts out spraying water all over the back of the sink and the counters. Also if the batteries go low the faucet will NOT work at all. The touch is also not very good - half the time I tap the faucet, it doesn't turn on. Very disappointed with this faucet and the price I paid for it. It looks nice though, but who cares how it looks when it doesn't work.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buyer beware We bought this faucet and 2 matching soap dispensers when we got a new sink. There have been nothing but problems with the faucet and 1 of the soap dispensers. 2 sets of replacement parts for the soap dispenser and it kind of works, but still doesn't dispense as well as the other. The faucet has a new solenoid and battery pack, but still doesn't work well. Sometimes shuts off on its own, sometimes turns on by itself, sometimes won't turn on at all. We have jumped through Delta's hoops about laying the battery pack flat (must make batteries work better than being upright) to adjusting all the wires. They finally advised us how to turn it into a manual only faucet. So much for spending the extra money on touch faucets. Not worth the money.

We replaced the batteries, because the ones it came with were dead. The faucet worked for 2 days before it started not working again. I would not recommend this product.

I have a 9913T-AR-DST and it has started leaking when it is off. I can stop the drips by turning the on-off handle to the off position, but when in the on position, it drips after being "touched" off. I cann find the part numbers for the cartridge.

How does auto shut off work?

I was reading the specs and it said that the faucet will automatically shut off after 4 mins. Does that automatic shut off mean using the touch feature only or will it shut off after 4 mins in manual mode too? If I read it correctly, I can turn this faucet on manually with the knob right? Also, is there a way to adjust the 4 min limit? Like to extend or decrease the auto shut off time?

Hi fizzix, Thank you for your question! The automatic shut off will turn the faucet off after 4 minutes as a safety feature. When in touch mode, we recommend to leave the handle in the on position. The water flow is controlled by the handle, but the faucet will still be in "touch mode" and will turn off after 4 minutes. The time limit cannot be adjusted, but a quick tap will turn the faucet back on. When the battery box or power supply is removed (when the solenoid is open) it will be in manual mode. It will not automatically shut off when in manual mode. Best regards, Jon

temperature light stays red all the time. Is there anyway to correct this?

Hi, Bullgreen! Thank you for your question and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your LED light on your faucet. We recommend to reset the LED light wire and battery pack. To do this, disconnect the LED light wire from the solenoid. Disconnect the battery pack. Wait a full minute. While you are waiting a full minute, you can check batteries and see if they are in good condition, even try new batteries. Make sure they're all in the correct direction and tightly secured in the battery pack. After a full minute, reconnect the LED light wire into the solenoid and then reconnect the battery pack. Wait another full minute. After the full minute, you can then check your faucet and see if the blue light works better. If this does not fix the issue, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST. The light indicator stays red when water is running and does not turn blue to indicate cold water. It does not flash just turns on Red. What is causing this and how do I fix it?
