Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not built to last We bought this item eight months ago. Over the last month there has been an intermittent failure. It simply stops working. And what I mean is that water isn't able flow through the faucet. I could almost live with it if the problem were simply the "touch on/off" feature. However, a kitchen sink without water isn't pleasant. We've installed new batteries and looked for loose connections. The light at the base illuminates when the faucet is touched.... so ... I'm on my way to the hardware store to replace it today.

What do I need to do - unplugged ac and battery pack - still red. Hard to rate this s 5 with this feature not working. Ron

I've had it for a couple of years and just 30 minutes ago noticed it was on and showing a red led. It won't turn off and won't go to magenta or blue. I changed the batteries and that didn't remedy the issue. What's wrong

It's never a good idea to touch surfaces after handling raw meat, these faucets eliminate that. Set the faucet to the volume and temperature you want, use the back of your hand to touch it off and touch it on anytime you want. It even has an indicator light for on, blue for cool and turns red as the hot water arrives!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best faucet ever! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this ‘touch’ faucet!! Easy to just ‘touch’ off and on while hands are messy from cooking. The handy light on the base of the faucet gives you warning when the water is hot by turning red! Faucet also turns off in four minutes (if a cat were to touch it and turn it on). The option to turn off the ‘touch’ is handy as well. Worth the money paid!!

Liked it so much I teased about hoping the old faucet at the bar sink would go "belly-up. Three months later it did. So I now had one at the bar sink. Very pleased with these and love the ease of the touch on/off and magnetic spray head.

It has been 15 months & the magnet for this faucet has disintegrated and the pull down hangs & no longer holds. We love the touch feature of this faucet 7 have not had any issues with this feature. For the price, we are disappointed it fell apart so soon. We have many Delta faucets in our house with no issues.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice.....however Just received and installed this product. Purchased based on thorough instructions I saw online and past experience with Delta products. Installation instructions were good, but the video was obviously geared to ideal space conditions. Delta: please keep in mind we are working upside down under the sink in a confined space. Here are the things I did not like: 1: the stiff plastic hoses made connection difficult. Braided is much easier to manipulate. 2: why flat head screws instead of phillips head to tighten the ring under the sink? Phillips head screws do not slip as much as flat head screws. 3. When the pull-down spray is used, the "retraction" weight hits the solenoid assembly. It would be nice if the hoses were a little farther apart or if there were a way to create distance between the hoses with a bracket. 4: I bought the ac adapter for this unit. Please design an option to eliminate the batteries. 5. Water pressure seems a little less than prior faucet. Faucet works as advertised so far. We like the touch system and the button spray is a good design. Much better than holding the button when you need the spray.

I have appreciated it on multiple occasions when my hands were covered in meat/poultry during meal prep and I was able to turn it on without having to touch it with my dirty hands. Elbows work very well to turn it on!

Just 8 months after it was installed as part of a kitchen renovation done by licensed craftsmen with a permit, the spray head would not seat properly. Then it stopped working 5 months later, no water would come out. Had to pay a plumber $250 to fix it. Very disappointed given the price. Batteries only last 6 months, not 2 years.

In fact, we love it so much we added a prep sink with the bar.version of this faucet half way through our remodel. Our college-aged son who has no plumbing experience installed it according to the installation directions and it works flawlessly.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too Sensitive Love the look of our faucet. But the touch technology is too sensitive. When you go to move the lever to better control water flow, faucet shuts off if you are not careful. Keep the Touch2O technology just to the spout and this would be great.

The touch activation is so very convenient when I am prepping food and was especially helpful when I was cleaning shrimp. I don't know if it was easy to install as my contractor did that but he didn't seem to have any problems with it.

I have a 9913T-AR-DST and it has started leaking when it is off. I can stop the drips by turning the on-off handle to the off position, but when in the on position, it drips after being "touched" off. I cann find the part numbers for the cartridge.

How does auto shut off work?

I was reading the specs and it said that the faucet will automatically shut off after 4 mins. Does that automatic shut off mean using the touch feature only or will it shut off after 4 mins in manual mode too? If I read it correctly, I can turn this faucet on manually with the knob right? Also, is there a way to adjust the 4 min limit? Like to extend or decrease the auto shut off time?

Hi fizzix, Thank you for your question! The automatic shut off will turn the faucet off after 4 minutes as a safety feature. When in touch mode, we recommend to leave the handle in the on position. The water flow is controlled by the handle, but the faucet will still be in "touch mode" and will turn off after 4 minutes. The time limit cannot be adjusted, but a quick tap will turn the faucet back on. When the battery box or power supply is removed (when the solenoid is open) it will be in manual mode. It will not automatically shut off when in manual mode. Best regards, Jon

temperature light stays red all the time. Is there anyway to correct this?

Hi, Bullgreen! Thank you for your question and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your LED light on your faucet. We recommend to reset the LED light wire and battery pack. To do this, disconnect the LED light wire from the solenoid. Disconnect the battery pack. Wait a full minute. While you are waiting a full minute, you can check batteries and see if they are in good condition, even try new batteries. Make sure they're all in the correct direction and tightly secured in the battery pack. After a full minute, reconnect the LED light wire into the solenoid and then reconnect the battery pack. Wait another full minute. After the full minute, you can then check your faucet and see if the blue light works better. If this does not fix the issue, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST. The light indicator stays red when water is running and does not turn blue to indicate cold water. It does not flash just turns on Red. What is causing this and how do I fix it?
