Terrible
This has got to be the stupidest faucet ever. The touch mechanism often does not work, and when that doesn’t work, you can’t even turn the faucet on. It’s not like this happens every once in awhile, it’s a few times a month. Try telling a mom of a toddler and infant that she cannot use her kitchen sink. I’ve been working on it all morning with no luck so here I am washing bottles in a small bathroom sink.

Touch technology
Love this faucet. Great modern look in matte black but the touchless tech is amazing for any cook. Don’t worry about spreading bacterial when dealing with raw meat or getting dirty hands on faucet when cooking. Love this!

Functional Quality
We purchased two of these for two food preparation areas, ours and our dogs. It's never a good idea to touch surfaces after handling raw meat, these faucets eliminate that.
Set the faucet to the volume and temperature you want, use the back of your hand to touch it off and touch it on anytime you want.
It even has an indicator light for on, blue for cool and turns red as the hot water arrives!

Poorly built faucet
We remodeled our kitchen and purchased this faucet. The 1st model we received leaked internally so we ordered a replacement. After about a month of use the Pex connection from the faucet to our hot water line blew (the connection remained on the hot water line, but the hose did not). A delta rep is saying its because our plumber cut the Pex line. I was there for install and the plumber did not cut the line. Gravity causes the connection on the cold water line to fall off, so I can see why the hot water line blew so easily. I would not recommend this faucet to anyone. We purchased Moen and haven't had any issues to date. The connection lines seem much more durable.

Lots of problems
When we first got it, it worked fine. We have had it a little over two years now and it has had its share of problems. Every now and then it would stop working completely. Even if you removed the batteries and unplugged it, the manual function would still not work. The only solution for that was to keep trying. Off, on, off again until it finally starting working. That has happened at least three times now. Once during a Christmas party, that was a lot of fun.
The AA size batteries are supposed to last 2 years. Made it six months. The C size batteries are supposed to be good for 5 years. One year. Just purchased the power adapter from Amazon (half the Delta price), we'll see how long that lasts.
The flow has gotten very low now. Checked the screen at the sprayer end, that was OK. By the way, if you do that, make sure to put a clamp on the hose to keep it from getting pulled back inside the faucet unit by the weight. Then it becomes difficult to get it back out. The next step is to check the screen at the solenoid end. That one is very difficult to reach because it is behind the fancy deep sink we have. If it turns out that fixes it, that won't make me very happy. That will mean that this faucet requires very difficult regular maintenance to keep it running well.

Replacement kitchen faucet
I bought this to replace another brand and it works great.
Easy to install, I did it myself.
My family loves the touch feature and the indicator which changes color with the water temperature.
I was a bit concerned with the flow rate after reading other reviews but I have no complaints since I started using it.
Looks really nice and quality is very good as we. I love the warranty from Delta.

Love the look plus the touch feature is nice.
Had to send the first one back as defective, bad LED temp indicator. When I called Customer Support they asked a few technical questions and had me reset a thing or two but in the end they replaced the unit without a hassle. Glad to see they stand behind their products.
The installation is pretty easy due to some ingenious hardware they use to connect and fasten the hoses and mounting. Overall it’s worth the price. I rated it four stars only because the first unit had a defective LED otherwise it would get all five stars.
When the replacement unit came I could see why the LED failed to work. I found the wire from the LED running through the base was pinched between the base shaft and the LED ring causing the wire to short against the base shaft.
Something for quality control to keep an eye on.

This product is easy to use and stylish.
I appreciate the touch feature and very convenient when preparing food and washing dishes. However, I am not able to touch the faucet anywhere on the nozzle to turn on and off.

Best faucet ever!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this ‘touch’ faucet!! Easy to just ‘touch’ off and on while hands are messy from cooking. The handy light on the base of the faucet gives you warning when the water is hot by turning red! Faucet also turns off in four minutes (if a cat were to touch it and turn it on). The option to turn off the ‘touch’ is handy as well. Worth the money paid!!

Absolutely love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased one about 9 months ago for the 3 position sink and really liked it. Liked it so much I teased about hoping the old faucet at the bar sink would go "belly-up. Three months later it did. So I now had one at the bar sink. Very pleased with these and love the ease of the touch on/off and magnetic spray head.

Low flow!
The flow is just so low that it's driving my wife crazy. Is there a restrictor built in to this thing that I could remove? Our previous faucet did not have this problem at all and none of the others in my home have this problem. Please help!

Easy to install, easy to use
Removing the old faucet was very difficult but installing this was easy. I find the Touch2O faucet better and more responsive than motion sensor faucets I have tried. Motion sensor faucets require a limited area to activate, the touch sensor allows you to touch anywhere except the sprayer. It is nice having the area behind the faucet stay dry. The only disadvantage I had not thought of is that you can not activate touch operation when wearing rubber gloves (which I always use). I work around this by using my forearm instead of my glove covered hand. The faucet swivels easily and the pull down sprayer operates smoothly without having to hold the button, it stays in sprayer mode. I don't know why but the light on my faucet is always red it never turns blue even if I only use cold water.

Touch worked for a week
Love the look of this faucet, and for a week it was amazing.
Started dripping when in touch mode, customer service was helpful and sent out a new solenoid, didn't solve the problem. Contacting again in hopes of receiving a new faucet that's not a lemon.

We love the touch feature, but buyer beware!
We purchased this faucet for a beautiful kitchen remodel in July 2016. It has been 15 months & the magnet for this faucet has disintegrated and the pull down hangs & no longer holds. We love the touch feature of this faucet 7 have not had any issues with this feature. For the price, we are disappointed it fell apart so soon. We have many Delta faucets in our house with no issues.

Mostly Awesome
Love, love, love the feature of touch to turn on. Usually touch with back of hand especially when hands are dirty. Minimizes water & water spots on faucet & handle. Wish all my other faucets had same feature. After a while, faucet would slightly drip from time to time. Shutting off the handle fixes the problem temporarily. After it got worse and the fix no longer fixed it, called Delta for advice. They are sending a new solenoid which am hoping will be an easy replacement.

Inconsistent touch technology
We purchased the Delta Essa oil rubbed bronze touch faucet for our kitchen. We were excited about the touch technology. We have purchased many different Delta products in the past (bathroom faucets, bathtub faucets, shower heads, etc.) and have always been pleased with the brand. It signifies quality, craftsmanship, value, long-term. We were disappointed with this specific kitchen faucet. We still have been unable to get the touch technology to respond consistently. It works sometimes and others not. If you try to turn the water volume or temperature up or down it will sometimes turn off the water. This is frustrating. One evening we were having a nasty thunderstorm. A large thunder boomed and the faucet turned on by itself! No one was in the kitchen at the time. I thought the ceiling had caved in or a window had broken and water was pouring into our house. After this incident we have normally left the water in the off position.
We did reach out to the Delta support team. After several days of waiting an email response was received explaining that we needed to confirm the installation as outlined in the installation guide. (We hired a professional plumber to install the faucet.) We followed the email instructions to move the battery pack to the floor of the cabinet under the sink and to ensure the wires were not touching. We were also advised to reset the entire unit by removing the batteries and waiting 30 seconds.
After all this the faucet is still not what we were expecting. We are hoping we will adjust to the model and grow to tolerate it.

So very happy we chose it!
We have been using this faucet for a couple of weeks now. Very pleased with it!
The fit and finish are excellent. And the Touch20 feature is really handy. (Although, it takes some getting acclimated to avoid getting a wet sleeve when reaching for the paper towel and accidentally brushing your arm on the faucet). ;)
Coupled with our new Kohler apron front sink, and when our Dekton Tundra counters are installed, this will be a focal point in our new kitchen.

GREAT PRODUCT
I bought this as a kitchen faucet but subsequently saw it as a bar faucet. Anyway, it is a great product which helps to keep dirty hands off the faucet. I am amazed how strong the water pressure is. Other great features like led light showing water temperature and auto turn off after a set time. The handle allows you to change the pressure and temperature easily. I had problem with my replaced Delta faucet. My only negative is that the spout could be a little wider. Can't beat the warranty. Some years ago I had a problem with a faucet and Delta exchanged without question.Great product...great company.

Nice.....however
Just received and installed this product. Purchased based on thorough instructions I saw online and past experience with Delta products. Installation instructions were good, but the video was obviously geared to ideal space conditions. Delta: please keep in mind we are working upside down under the sink in a confined space. Here are the things I did not like: 1: the stiff plastic hoses made connection difficult. Braided is much easier to manipulate. 2: why flat head screws instead of phillips head to tighten the ring under the sink? Phillips head screws do not slip as much as flat head screws. 3. When the pull-down spray is used, the "retraction" weight hits the solenoid assembly. It would be nice if the hoses were a little farther apart or if there were a way to create distance between the hoses with a bracket. 4: I bought the ac adapter for this unit. Please design an option to eliminate the batteries. 5. Water pressure seems a little less than prior faucet.
Faucet works as advertised so far. We like the touch system and the button spray is a good design. Much better than holding the button when you need the spray.

Don't waste your money.
I purchased this faucet through Amazon, relying on all the positive reviews that had been written. WRONG decision! The electronic touch on/off system is a joke. If the handle is left in the on position and you shut off the water via the touch system, the faucet will randomly turn on and off by itself. When you do want to turn it on, you have to first touch the faucet, turn the handle on, off and on again, then touch it a second time before the water will begin to flow. I've disconnected the solenoid and am now using the faucet manually. If uninstalling it wasn't such a hassle, I'd return it for a refund. Upgrading to the touch faucet was a total waste of money.
