My Dream Faucet
So happy we got this faucet. The touch on/off feature is a delightful plus. The finish is beautiful and it is a lovely complement to our kitchen. Cleans easily and does not show spots. The pull-down sprayer is wonderful and retracts perfectly. This faucet has a real quality "feel" to it and I'm glad we went with this Delta model.

I went with a cheaper brand and it died in 1 day. The plumber said, go with ‘Delta’ you can’t go wrong and you can get good replacement parts when needed. Got the Delta and we’re rockin!!

Great quality and operation!
This is the first time replacing the kitchen faucet since we bought this home two years ago. Our daughter just had twins and the Touch On/Off function is amazing. We can juggle a bottle and hold a baby, while nudging the faucet spout with our elbow for on/off function. It’s so awesome and works great! Easy install, but really need to read instructions, especially regarding electrical clip to center shaft that goes into hole. If you have a metal sink, this shaft can’t touch the sink under your counter or the “touch” function won’t work. Great quality and seals nicely! No water leaks under counter at attachments.

Love it when it works, but....
Love it when it works, but the solenoid went bad in four months and had to be replaced. I have it ordered, (waiting 13 days so far) but haven't recieved it yet. Hopefully it will come soon and it will not malfunction. The touch feature is great. It's hard to get used to not having it.

Advised that part in unit was broken on 7/20, and no replacement has been sent yet. This was purchased from Amazon, and further delay will result in demand from Amazon for replacement PLUS cost of installation ($350 - plumbers in Marin County are expensive.)

Best faucet ever
We installed our Essa a couple of weeks ago. We love it! Love the touch feature and the temp light to know if it’s hot or not. Wish the sprayer was a smidge wider but really cannot complain.

Very attractive and functional.

Great Idea - Poor Execution
The new house we moved into in April 2020 came equipped with a Touch2O kitchen faucet. What a great idea during meal preparation, where rinsing food or hands frequently (but not continuously) is desirable. After only three months however, the water won't turn back on after touching to turn it off - no Water! After 10 or 15 minutes it does seem to reset, so the water can be again turned on, but using the touch feature again repeats the problem. Since the house is still under warranty, the installer will be coming by to evaluate and resolve the problem, but in the meantime, we are left with a useless touch feature with little assurance the same problem will not repeat.

Magnet for the sprayer rusted / less than a year old. Customer Service was accommodating to send tool and 3 replacement magnets with instructions. Had to hire our handy man to replace it.Too complicated to replace myself. The magnet literally disintergrated when removed.

Reliable and love tapping on/off
We’ve had this for about a year and a half and overall are big fans. It looks good and is very easy to turn on and off with just a tap of the arm. Great in these times when we have to wash our hands so much! One star off because the magnet has started to fall out but Delta sent a new one out quickly (great customer service!).

wonderful addition to the kitchen
Maybe it's just because it's been a few years since we installed a faucet, but this was BY FAR the easiest install we've ever done! And I love that it's 1.8 gpm.
Only issue (and I should have noted this earlier) is the angle of the faucet end - our previous faucet had water coming straight down and it's taken some time to adjust to the angle of the water, but overall I really do love this faucet.

Looks great, works great, easy to install

Broken within 24 hours
I bought in Amazon and installed myself. It worked great on day one but on day two it was malfunctioning terribly. I had to remove the powered solenoid just so I could use my sink. Since I bought it Amazon, returning it would mean I don't have a sink. So I paid extra for the touch2o only to remove that technology. I hope Delta contacts me with this post.

Touch Delta Faucet
Have had this installed about 2 weeks now. The just “touch” feature is nice and the faucet allows a direct connection is power source on/off becomes faulty, which is assuring. It takes some getting used to, as reaching near or just a glance activates water flow and results in a wet arm. But think I am going to like it. It is tall, but allows room to filling pots and it swings for all over coverage of the sink bowl. Just wish all components were made in the USA, not just assembled.

I bought this faucet and had a professional plumber install it. I also purchased the power cord so it can plug into the wall. It only works sometimes and is extremley frustrating as there are times we cant get any water to come out.

Works Great!
We have had this faucet for three years now and my wife and I love it! We have gotten so use to the convenience of a touch-on/off faucet, that whenever we go to our daughters house we both forget that her kitchen faucet does not work this way. It's just so nice to touch any metal part of the faucet, with the exception of the sprayer/spout, and have it turn on or off instantly. You think that you only need the touch feature when your hands are dirty but it's just so addictively handy at all times. Yes you still have to control the flow rate and the temperature with the handle, as with any other faucet, but this touch faucet is simply a must have for any serious home cook.
Once you get this unit and use it for a while, you will never be satisfied with anything else. It's that good. Oh and I almost forgot about the lifetime warranty on this faucet, which I think covers everything but the electronics, which is five years.
As for the batteries, I have only changed them once in three years. And if you don't want to use batteries, you always get the little plug-in transformer.

Great style
I’m a plumber I recommend Delta a lot but I am very disappointed in this faucet Just remodeled my kitchen 6 months ago and we all know that is thousands of dollars! I opened up my cabinets underneath the kitchen sink to find water everywhere after further review I found it was coming from above the counter in my new $500 faucet it was leaking from the cartridge down underneath my sink into my new cabinets which damaged the floor of the cabinets so the question is is this going to happen again with no warning?
Delta customer service did not have a good answer for me except sending me a replacement parts hmmmm?!?

Thank you for your question and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your LED light on your faucet. We recommend to reset the LED light wire and battery pack. To do this, disconnect the LED light wire from the solenoid. Disconnect the battery pack. Wait a full minute. While you are waiting a full minute, you can check batteries and see if they are in good condition, even try new batteries. Make sure they're all in the correct direction and tightly secured in the battery pack. After a full minute, reconnect the LED light wire into the solenoid and then reconnect the battery pack. Wait another full minute. After the full minute, you can then check your faucet and see if the blue light works better. If this does not fix the issue, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST. The light indicator stays red when water is running and does not turn blue to indicate cold water. It does not flash just turns on Red. What is causing this and how do I fix it?

can the faucet be installed with the handle on the left instead of the right?

WHERE IS THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT LOCATED? WE HAD LOWES INSTALL IT FOR US AND THEY DID NOT LEAVE A BROCHURE FOR US ON SCHEMATICS

I have a 9913T-AR-DST and it has started leaking when it is off. I can stop the drips by turning the on-off handle to the off position, but when in the on position, it drips after being "touched" off. I cann find the part numbers for the cartridge.

Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Essa Touch Kitchen 9113T-DST faucet does not come with a drain assembly. Drain assemblies usually only come in the box of a Lavatory bathroom sink faucet.
