This is a poor design once you touch it on as soon as you touch the sprayer it turns off this will turn on or off 15 to 20 times in the midst of doing dishes. Also, it runs on batteries once the battery runs out. The faucet is rendered completely useless and you’re constantly replacing the batteries.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall a good faucet, touch technology is nice Love the faucet overall. The touch technology is very convenient, especially when you do a lot of cooking. The battery life of the touch sensor is also pretty good. I change the batteries every 18 months or so. The selector button on the front has definitely gotten more difficult to press, but still able to easily select between spray and center with just my thumb. My biggest complaint - it started rusting after about 2 years. The connection between the retractable head and the downspout started puckering from rust after only about 2 years of use. Since then it has gotten worse with no idea of how to stop it or fix it. I’m looking for replacement parts, but there’s no way I can spend this much again on a faucet that starts failing after only a couple years of use.

I called to see what the issue was and since it's 2 months out of warranty I have to pay $90+ for the part to fix it. Supposedly great customer service, I'd expect more from a $600 faucet

So, I&rsquo;ve had this for a few months now and it seems to have a mind of its own. It is randomly turning on. Is there something wrong with this or a way to reset it?

Hello Lefty! Thank you for your question and we are happy to help. I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the touch function. The issue you describe would be a problem with the faucet being isolated and insulated from any metal or conductive material, such as a sink or countertop. Or, the placement of the wires. If it is difficult to currently use the faucet while resolving the issue with the touch function, you can use the faucet manually by removing the solenoid and clipping the hoses together. The handle should be in the closed position and a bucket used to catch any water when the hoses are unclipped. To troubleshoot the issue, we would need pictures of the installation. 1. Entire faucet from above the sink (including what LED light is doing, if possible). 2. The faucet below the sink, looking up at the mounting hardware (for pull down faucets it is vital that we are able to see the mounting hardware itself as it meets the sink or counter surface). 3. Location of the battery pack (when taking this photo please keep in mind the battery pack must be located on the floor or as close to the ground as possible). 4. Solenoid with label and as much wiring as possible in view (when taking this photo please keep in mind we recommend at least two inches of clearance between the solenoid, wires, and battery box if possible). My Delta 9113T-AR-DST was working fine for a week. We moved in yesterday and it is dripping. This is a new home and a new faucet. I unhooked the line leading to the battery operated valve and ran the water to flush out the lines. It still drips.

How do you know if the solenoid is bad?

I recommend the troubleshooting video here. The solenoid may need to be replaced if the faucet is sensing touch, but there is no water with the handle open. My plumber installed my Delta Touch 2o last week. I love it! it's easy to operate, and the sprayer is a seamless operation. I do have a question. It makes an odd sound when i touch it to turn it off. It's like a switch turned off. is this normal?

The solenoid opens and closes when the touch is initiated, however, there may be some debris in the solenoid causing it to make a louder transition. I would also like to have you do a flush of the unit, flushing the touch faucet will fix multiple issues with leaking, flow, and debris. Please see the steps below. I would like you to keep the handle in the center full-on position, then remove the wand. Hold the hose, so it does not fall back into the faucet, then point the hose into the sink. Next, I would like you to turn the faucet on by touch for 40 seconds. Then shut the faucet off by touch and back on for another 40 seconds. Ever since I installed the faucet it drips when we turn it off using the touch feature which means we have to use the handle. We have reinstalled it and tried a bunch of things. Is there anything else I should try before returning it?&nbsp;

Dear Beth, Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for the inconvenience with your Delta touch faucet and I am more than happy to assist you today. The leak when off you are experiencing appears to be caused by debris within the solenoid assembly. We recommend doing a flush on your electronic components. Please follow the below steps to resolve your drip: 1. Put the handle in the off position. 2. Remove the blue clip that is attached to the top of solenoid assembly below the sink. 3. Pull the solenoid off of the faucet connection. Remove the debris screen in the top connection if able and clear any debris with tweezers or a q-tip. 4. Set a bucket under the pex supply line that is exposed. 5. Place the handle in the on position and allow it to run water for 2 full minutes. This will clear the supply line out of any debris. 6. Put the handle back into the off position. 7. Reconnect the solenoid to the faucet and clip it back into place. 8. Now remove the bottom clip from the solenoid where the hose connects and pull the hose off. 9. Turn the water back on for an additional 2 minutes to clear the solenoid assembly of any remaining debris. 10. Reconnect the hose and clip it into place again. Delta 9113T-AR-DST Faucet. Love it except, only provides 1 gpm, very irritating. Pressure verified at 42 to 62psi. Directly tested hot supply line at 3gpm. Can I get to the orifice (restriction) and remove/drill out the restriction!! Please help.

Hi taurus5468, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet EP102157 power supply. One end of the adapter is plugged into a grounded and unswitched outlet. The other end plugs into the touch solenoid valve under the sink on the faucet hose. I recommend confirming the outlet is not wired to a switch for a garbage disposal. We put this faucet in when we built, and it was great for a few months... but it randomly and obnoxiously drips now when you touch it to turn it off. But if you close the handle it stops dripping. We've tried it plugged in and battery pack, same problem.

We purchased the Delta Touch2o Model 9113T faucet last year. Just recently, it has started dripping when you use touch to turn off and stops if you use the handle. The instructions say to replace the valve cartridge, but I am not seeing that part on site

Recently bought a Delta ESSA SGL HDL P- Down kitchen faucet Artic SS #9113-AR-DST. Which I thought was a &ldquo;touch &ldquo; model. But the installation instructions that were in the box are generic. Is it a touch model? How do I activate that feature?

I&rsquo;ve had the 9113T-AR-DST faucet for less than a month. The grommet/gasket the connects in between the faucet head and the goose neck is broken and the neck of the faucet is rusting inside. I need a new gasket but it is not on the parts list.

Him does model 9113T-AR-DST include the soap dispenser?

Hello! How can you take off the screen or head of the faucet to clean from grainy/ poor water quality?&nbsp;

Hi Krp31, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! The ESSA&reg; Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet MODEL#: 9113T-BL-DST wand assembly can be soaked in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water to clean. It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the fully open middle position, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out of the hot supply tube.
