Faulty faucet.
I purchased this faucet not even two years ago and has been a problem ever since. On my third solenoid and temp sensor just broke. Would not recommend this faucet.

The touch operation
Had the faucet for 2 weeks now. The solenoid had to be replaced. Delta was on top of there game had the.new one in 5 days and put it in. Faucet is awesome.

touch-feely makes a difference
I wanted to make sure I was able to NOT connect the wire that activates the water termperature light if I did not want to. With all of the devices today that have a blue light, there is no more darkness in the house. so I wanted to make sure I did not have to see one more blue light if possible. IT WORKS. You could still connect the battery and have the touch sensor work while not having to plug in the light plug.
The instructions to install were accurate and easy to follow. If I was not installing a new sink, I would think installing it while under the sink would have been a huge pain. There are quite a few pieces to connect that if it is a small space, would have been frustrating to install. Luckily, i was able to connect everything on the sink before dropping it in. Super easy!
Very stylish look but not too fancy. The brushed stainless goes great with a Kraus black sink.

Touch anywhere feature is fantastic!
We are so happy we purchased this faucet. We found it reasonably priced as compared to other faucets with the same features. Touching anywhere on the faucet spout to turn on and off is priceless! We love everything about it. Our sink has such a clean look now with only having the spout and a soap dispenser.

JUST EASY , FUN, and VERY HELPFUL FAUCET
First, it is very, very easy to install provided you can remove the old existing faucet in place; in my case, it was very hard to remove, so I had a professional plumber install mine.
I have the ESSA SINGLE HANDLE PULL-DOWN KITCHEN FAUCET WITH TOUCH2O TECHNOLOGY faucet. I used the Battery pack with 6 C batteries.
Just LOVE the touch -- makes life so much easier to turn it ON & OFF, particularly when your hands are wet, because you can touch any part of the faucet (except the SPRAY HEAD) to control the flow. The single simple handle is so easy to control the water temperature and volume!
The color LED light at the base is so easy to gauge the water temperature - you don't have to touch the water flow with your fingers any more!
One more thing. It is so free and easy & smooth to turn the faucet in any direction, so you can direct the water to any part of your sink.
Finally, the Spray Head works like magic! The button on it controls the flow type - spray or not; also, it snaps back to the faucet so well when you are done with the spray head.
Overall, my wife and i just LOVE this faucet!

Great product but...
I have had this for 2 years and never gave it any thought, but the water pressure is so low, I love the touch idea, but the water pressure coming out is so low, I can hardly clean plates off. I think the mechanism that allows water through is either bad or to obstructive. I would like to try a different one to see if the same issue will occur.

Pretty neat faucet
Bought this for our new kitchen area and it's a really cool faucet. My only qualms is that it's almost too sensitive when you touch it that the servo shuts itself on and off too easily. I also wish the angle was a little sharper as it needs to be moved back farther on my counter in order to not spray the closer end of my sink. All in all, a cool faucet, and I would buy it again.

Wonderful touch feature that lasts!
Bought this when we built a new house wondering if it would hold up. Absolutely love the touch feature! And it’s still working after 4.5 years. Just recently, the battery holder seems to be malfunctioning so we’ll hopefully get that replaced. But we’ve been really happy with our purchase. Visitors always comment on how useful it is.

Love, love, love the touch feature!
The touch feature is super handy and sanitary given the Covid-19 issue. With 2 teenagers in the house it's also a great water saver!
My only complaint is that the unit did not come with a weight to retract the hose.

Touch
I had an Delta Essa Touch Faucet installed today by a plumber. While I like the faucet very much, the touch mechanism only seems to work on the handle and base, not on the curved faucet itself as shown in the demonstrations. While this is not a big problem, it is inconvenient when I go to touch it on or off on the faucet area and nothing happens. I would really like it to work as advertised.

Thank you for your question and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your LED light on your faucet. We recommend to reset the LED light wire and battery pack. To do this, disconnect the LED light wire from the solenoid. Disconnect the battery pack. Wait a full minute. While you are waiting a full minute, you can check batteries and see if they are in good condition, even try new batteries. Make sure they're all in the correct direction and tightly secured in the battery pack. After a full minute, reconnect the LED light wire into the solenoid and then reconnect the battery pack. Wait another full minute. After the full minute, you can then check your faucet and see if the blue light works better. If this does not fix the issue, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST. The light indicator stays red when water is running and does not turn blue to indicate cold water. It does not flash just turns on Red. What is causing this and how do I fix it?

can the faucet be installed with the handle on the left instead of the right?

I have a 9913T-AR-DST and it has started leaking when it is off. I can stop the drips by turning the on-off handle to the off position, but when in the on position, it drips after being "touched" off. I cann find the part numbers for the cartridge.

Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Essa Touch Kitchen 9113T-DST faucet does not come with a drain assembly. Drain assemblies usually only come in the box of a Lavatory bathroom sink faucet.
