I truly want to love it
This kitchen has been all my husband wanted when we remodel our kitchen summer 2017. (He does all the dishes). We were all very Happy about it until now. Just 1.5 years, this faucet stop working. Batteries were replaced, pipes were all check (no clogged) the water just stop coming out all the sudden. We had try to troubleshoot with all possible YouTube video but non of them worked. We can’t even turn this hi-tech faucet work as the regular faucet ...
Handyman suggested us to replace the faucet. As apparently it’s the faucet issue. But it’s a $500+ faucet only last 1.5 years.

Nice design and perfect size
Bought this about a month ago we love the size compare to regular kitchen sink size. Easy installation and love that the handle for water goes forward so you don't need to worry about it hitting backsplash or wall. Love the touch feature. It does drip sometimes but if you lower the handle water flow(amount of water coming out) it won't drip. Definitely recommend it.

Very nice faucet
I bought this two weeks ago and had it installed by my plumber. It is awesome. I love that I can get things done with sticky or messy hands without contaminating my faucet. Everyone who has seen it is amazed at how great it looks and they can't get over the touch feature of the faucet. Great price for a great faucet.

Disappointed
Just remodeled my entire kitchen. I chose this faucet because of the touch feature. I also purchased the power adapter to save on battery replacement. It all works well. I just wish the finish didn't have a blue tint and water spots didn't show. It always looks dirty. I purchased it from a locally owned store and they won't take it back because it's been used.

Touch feature changes the game
My wife and I love the touch sensitive faucet. The back of our sink stays so much cleaner. It also allows us to save water by turning the water off much easier with a simple touch while washing hands, scrubbing a dish, etc. Would recommend the AC adapter if you have an available outlet. We found while on the battery pack, the sensitively was worse slowly as the batteries died. The AC adapter ensures perfect operation all the time.

Love everything about this faucet
Bought this sink a few weeks ago. Absolutely love it, my husband was able to install it. Everything works exactly as it’s described. Not only does it look like a piece of art it works effortlessly. I would recommend this to anyone. The price is a little high but it has so many cool features that it’s totally worth every penny.

Battery pack seperates
Overall a good faucet. We had installed when we built our house. Wife heard a pop and the battery pack clips had given way -- 16 mnths in a new home. Battery pack is cheaply made and would be better served to be a hinged clip. Builder pushed us off to the supplier. Now waiting the supplier to respond. There has to be a better solution available. Currently taped together so that we have water at the kitchen sink. If all was good, I would recommend with 5 stars.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
Worst faucet ever. It sometimes doesn't turn on when I pull the handle and I have to tap the faucet to get water. It then often turns itself off mid-stream and I have to tap it a few times to get the water back. After 6 months, I think the battery died and I currently have no water at all. DON'T BUY.

Horrible faucet
The handle does not let you adjust the level of the water without being very careful. Its does not send water until almost all the way open and then it comes out too fast. The tap often does not work. The plastic clip where the hose goes in broke. Now, it only stays on for 1 second and shuts off. The battery clip does not work, you have to make shift something to squeeze it together to get the batteries to touch their end poles. This is a piece of junk. Don't buy one. They will send me parts to try and fix it with and we are stuck without a faucet and having to hire someone to put the parts in.

Faulty faucet- shuts water off completely
Installed faucet using instructions, the faucet shuts off the water completely every four minutes, whether it's running or not, requiring a reset by crawling under the sink. Tried troubleshooting using all Delta recommendations. Costly faucet should not require extensive effort to have running water, highly disappointed in this product.

Faucet is awesome absolutely love it!! Only issue we had is the led light doesn’t change with water temp called customer support tried troubleshooting and they determined it’s a bad water celeniod in the temperature pump. So they sent me a new one right away!! Great service extremely happy

Best Faucet We've Ever Owned
Bought this faucet as a replacement for the "builder's" original kitchen faucet (a nightmare). The hardest part of the project was the removal of the builder's faucet. The Delta faucet was so easy to install and all parts worked perfectly. The real excitement is watching the faucet work. We're still getting used to the ease of operation and the fact that it works so effortlessly. Easiest home upgrade we've ever done. Looking forward to years of use in our kitchen. Thanks, Delta!!!

Best value for money
While renovating our kitchen I we agreed to upgrade to either a wave or touch operated kitchen faucet. After looking at various products we decided to purchase the 9913T-AR-DST model and we are so happy we did. The installation was very easy, which took about 30 minutes and the functionality is faultless. The LED light is perfect as it not just indicates the temperature of the water it also indicates if the water should be running. The functions allows us to see if we actually turned the water off by the lever and the valve is open.
We now have been able to fully utilize our new kitchen for over two weeks and we just totally enjoy the new faucet. Another great idea is the lever moves to the front and with no restriction of movement with the back splash. There is one thing we had to adjust until it was right was the weight to withdraw the sprayer head, but we do have additional plumbing underneath the sink that may cause the hose to get hung up. Overall, for the price, function and quality, we believe this was a great investment. Thank you Delta!

Thank you for your question and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your LED light on your faucet. We recommend to reset the LED light wire and battery pack. To do this, disconnect the LED light wire from the solenoid. Disconnect the battery pack. Wait a full minute. While you are waiting a full minute, you can check batteries and see if they are in good condition, even try new batteries. Make sure they're all in the correct direction and tightly secured in the battery pack. After a full minute, reconnect the LED light wire into the solenoid and then reconnect the battery pack. Wait another full minute. After the full minute, you can then check your faucet and see if the blue light works better. If this does not fix the issue, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST. I have a 9913T-AR-DST and it has started leaking when it is off. I can stop the drips by turning the on-off handle to the off position, but when in the on position, it drips after being "touched" off. I cann find the part numbers for the cartridge.
