I purchased the Touch 2O which turns on the water without needing to use the handle. Super sleek, I recommend the kitchen version, which is larger, to my clients a lot. The shorter height makes the faucet a little less obvious and takes up less visual space when being viewed from the living area. As with my other taller faucet, it works beautifully. When compared to other similar faucets, the price is one of the reasons I chose it. I would buy this again.

After quite a few years we noticed the spray handle not clipping back on as well. I went to the Delta website to find parts and after asking a question on the site was quickly greeted by their customer service rep named Kelley. Kelley asked a few questions and found my faucet was under warranty. I was sent the replacement parts and was able to repair the faucet with no problem. I can’t remember the last time I received such good customer service. I wanted to write this review because I wanted to let others know how well I was treated by this company. Thank you Kelley and thank you Delta for backing your faucet!

It was purchased for our bar area in the basement and won’t be getting daily use but now I wish I would have hose this faucet for our kitchen! The sprayer is AMAZING! Literally, the best sprayer I’ve ever used from any brand. We don’t have great water pressure either but this faucet is some kind of magic. Love it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Do not buy this faucet I researched faucets forever until I found this one. I wanted quality that would last. Two years later, I have to replace this yet again and pay a plumber again to install something new. Mine is not the touch feature, but still has so many problems. First, rust started to develop at the base where the hose meets the head and now orange rust extends along the whole length of the hose. Second, the button is failing so the water comes out with this awful dripping From the side. Third, it has started to leak from below where all of the hoses are wrapped together, so our cabinets are getting wet and damaged. I am super bummed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Happy With Installation and Use Installation was fast and easy as advertised. Instructions were clear. Actually harder to remove the old faucet first, as dispose-all was in the way and had to be removed first. Faucet has been in service now for several weeks, love it. Sturdy, heavy construction, and love the magnetic spray-head retention. Needle spray is quite forceful and tightly directed. Only minor flaw is they could have made the on/off cartridge more adjustable. It's a little difficult to find a medium flow rate.

My one and only comment is that it seems backwards that the hot water is hot when the handle is turned down (towards you). I have the same prep sink version of this faucet and the temperature control is backwards.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I have a problem I've had this faucet for 1/1/2 years now...and still cannot get the water to be hot enough to do dishes. It's NOT a problem with the plumbing in my home...because my old faucet (Grohe) mixed the water perfectly and the handle position made water whatever temperature I wanted. This faucet only allows the water to get luke warm.....despite being as far left as it will go. I've had many suggestions as to what to do to fix it....but so far no LUCK! I'm NOT a fan and will switch back to a different brand as soon as I can get a plumber out here again.

I called DELTA and they are sending a retainer kit which will solve the problem. They were pleasant, responsive and knowledgable to deal with.

What is the color of the fabricated metal body of the faucet (not the exterior cover, but the internal actual faucet)?  Your specifications say that it is fabricated from solid brass, so it must be gold/yellow in color - can you please confirm this?

Our faucets are made of several materials, Unfortunately, I am unable to provide a specific breakdown for your faucet as that information is considered proprietary. But in general, our metal parts are usually brass (hub, handle, body, tube, fittings), zinc (escutcheon, hub, handle), or stainless steel (set screw, undercover plate). Would "Venetian Bronze" color accessaries go with Matte Black?

Hi, I am thinking of purchasing 9959-BL-DST ("Matte Black") and also a matching filtered water dispenser in a matching color. But I can't find any in the same name color. Would "Venetian Bronze" work? or which one goes with 9959-BL-DST? I won't need a soap dispenser. Thank you!

Can you use with R/O systems?

Someone responded that the sprayer is plastic. Are they saying that the pull out section (like the last 2 inches on the faucet) is plastic or do they mean the inside assembly of the sprayer is plastic. Also, is the water aerated?

For the 9159-DST & 9959-DST, is there a nozzle option that doesn't have a pullout hose or a nozzle head option without the sprayer and only aerator. Are there other solutions, not listed, to achieve this?

Is there a particular cleaning product I should use so as not to damage the finish? I have the brass/champagne bronze finish.

Hi there Becca, Thank you for your inquiry! A comprehensive list of cleaners is impossible to recommend because of the variety of materials that are a part of our many models of faucets. What may be fine for a spout may damage a handle. To clean, simply wipe gently with a damp cloth and blot dry with a soft towel. Stubborn hard water spots are best avoided by this daily regime. If extra measure is needed, a solution of 50% white vinegar (never Apple vinegar) could be used by wiping, spraying or soaking. Caution: Vinegar can permanently damage porous rock surfaces such as granite or limestone countertops. Use extreme care if such a surface is in the vicinity. To soak a faucet or part still on a faucet: 1. Mix white vinegar and tap water to a half and half proportion. 2. Put a rag or towel in the solution to soak it up. 3. Wrap the rag or towel around the part. 4. Let sit for up to an hour or so. 5. Use the rag or a clean, soft toothbrush to scrub the remaining hard water buildup. o Avoid harsh abrasives or polish o Avoid bleach-based cleaners o Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, Soft Scrub, and Tile Cleaner. o Avoid products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust, and those containing hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and/or phosphoric acids and caustic agents. o Because cleaning formulas can change without notice, Delta Faucet Company does not endorse any specific cleaner.
