what does a recertified faucet mean?

I am baffled as to how I attach the handle. They gave me a set screw that just falls through handle and another that fits the cartridge hole but the top of that screw is too large to fit in handle to reach the cartridge?? Help

How to disassemble the aerator spray assembly to unclog? Thank you

Hi JanO, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 9997-CZ-PR-DST-R. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! We recommend securing the hose and unscrewing the sprayer to clean debris or buildup from the screen or in the connection. Run the water for a minute to flush the faucet before reinstalling the sprayer. The sprayer can also be cleaned by soaking in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water. Unfortunately, the sprayer is not designed to be disassembled.
