my plumber just installed the cassidy faucet sets with cross handles in all my bathrooms. My question is which way should the handles turn? Mine are both turning toward the faucet vs the opposite way, which is what I'm used to.

Thank you for your question, Kimberly! Model 3595LF is intended for the handles to turn whichever way you would prefer as the raised stops can be turned to the opposite side on both stem units in order to accommodate both handle rotation options. With the quick disconnect hoses, is there a way to lengthen or obtain longer hoses. I wish to spread my handles more to the sides of my sink and not have them in-line with the spout.

How do you periodically clean the drain for normal sludge build up--how can consumer remove stopper?

Dear Sue, Thank you for your question. If a stopper does not lift straight out, it is being held in by the horizontal rod. Behind the drain pipe under the sink is a horizontal rod connected to the lift rod via the strap. The horizontal rod is held in place by a nut. Remove the nut and pull the horizontal rod straight away from the pipe about an inch. The stopper should now come free of the drain. Best regards, Tanya

We’ve found that our 3cm granite is too thick for the Cassidy widespread vanity faucet and have found an extension kit. Where in the directions does it say how big to drill the holes in the granite?

Thank you for your question, Lynn59! The Cassidy two handle widespread lavatory faucet can be used with the RP10612 extension kit which adds 1" to the maximum deck thickness. Are the spout prices separate from handle prices on bathroom vanity fixtures

An "LHP" model, which stands for "Less Handles Program", will include the spout and valves, but not the handles which are sold separately to provide some additional styling choices. How do you clean the screen in the faucet water spout?

Height?

Does the height on the specs page include the spout being pulled? I only have 8" from the top of my sink to the bottom of my medicine cabinet and it is incredibly hard to find a faucet that will fit this profile. Thank you.

Hi Rhi, Thank you for your question. The spout height does not include the lift rod being pulled up. The lift rod will raise several inches above this when pulled.
