Rated 1 out of 5 by from Will not work on 3 cm granite without deck extensions I usually don't review products, but this faucet irritated me so much I had to leave a review. It has a maximum deck thickness of 28 mm, so it won't work with standard 3 cm granite. I had to spend another $23 for a deck extension kit and make another trip into town. Absolutely ridiculous for a faucet in this price range!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Purchased 2 of these in chrome for a bathroom remodel. They have been installed for a few weeks now and we are very happy with them. The quality is great and they are very elegant looking. Low profile ensures clearance for the medicine cabinet above.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just Perfect! Purchased one each in the brilliant stainless and polished nickel. Both function well and are beautiful. I loved that they came with three different choices for handles.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice lines. Bought this for a bath remodel. Vertical clearance was tight. This fit the bill. Brushed stainless, IMO, is a bit more difficult to keep looking new than chrome. Fingerprints are more noticeable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks Classy I bought this product for my bathroom and it looks elegant and classy.

How do you periodically clean the drain for normal sludge build up--how can consumer remove stopper?

Asked by: Sue
Dear Sue, Thank you for your question. If a stopper does not lift straight out, it is being held in by the horizontal rod. Behind the drain pipe under the sink is a horizontal rod connected to the lift rod via the strap. The horizontal rod is held in place by a nut. Remove the nut and pull the horizontal rod straight away from the pipe about an inch. The stopper should now come free of the drain. Best regards, Tanya

How do you clean the screen in the faucet water spout?

Asked by: sue
Dear Sue, Thank you for your inquiry! To remove the aerator assembly from the end of the Delta Cassidy Lavatory 3595LF-MPU-LHP faucet spout, you would need to use the RP46858 Aerator Wrench to unscrew it. https://media.deltafaucet.com/PartsDiagram/DPD-L-3595LF-LHP.pdf Best regards, Tanya

Height?

Does the height on the specs page include the spout being pulled? I only have 8" from the top of my sink to the bottom of my medicine cabinet and it is incredibly hard to find a faucet that will fit this profile. Thank you.
Asked by: Rhi
Hi Rhi, Thank you for your question. The spout height does not include the lift rod being pulled up. The lift rod will raise several inches above this when pulled. However, you could use a push-pop up assembly, such as 72173, instead of the included lift rod operated pop-up. https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/72173 Best regards, Jon

Why isn't this faucet, and any other for that matter, not made for a deck thickness of at least 1-1/4" for 3cm granite counter tops?

Most faucets these days will accommodate a deck thickness of at least 1-1/4". But there are a few we run into that still do not. 3cm natural stone and man made "quartz" counter top products are so common I can't imagine why all the faucets haven't caught up by now.
Asked by: Clyde
Hi Clyde, Thank you for your question. This faucet has a 1 3/32" maximum deck thickness, which works with most standard counter tops. If the counter top is too thick, you can use the RP10612 extension kit, which will add 1" to the maximum thickness. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP10612 Best regards, Jon

1.2 gpm chrome bath faucet made of all brass and ceramic disk

Do you have a product that meets this criteria?
Asked by: MLD
Hi MLD, Thank you for your question. This model has a brass spout and valve bodies, and a 1.2 gpm flow rate. However, the stem unit has a metal plate and a non-metallic seat. Our DST models have a ceramic cartridge, but have some non-metallic internal components. We do not have a faucet that meets all of these criteria. Best regards, Jon
