Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great faucet, needs longer horizontal rod for pop-up drain This is a very pretty and very solidly made faucet and I expect it to last many years. One point of feedback relates to a shortcoming in Delta's product documentation. The horizontal rod that connects from the drain to the lift strap to allow the pull rod to close the drain is only 6.125" long. For many vanities and sinks being installed today, that is often not long enough. Delta's documentation does NOT tell you what distance between the drain and the faucet their assembly supports so that you know this up front when you purchase the faucet and it does NOT even provide a specific part number for this rod. Instead it only provides a part number for the whole pop-up drain assembly. The documentation also does not reference the fact that there are multiple parts of different lengths available for this rod. They make the existence of deck mounting extension kits pretty visible, in my opinion the existence of these differnt length horizontal rods should be just as visible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful addition to bathroom I bought this to go in my newly remodeled bathroom. I wanted something traditional looking and slightly higher than a standard faucet. This fit the bill perfectly and looks wonderful. The directions provided were good, so installation went as simply as possible. The only hitch was the faucet shanks were too short for my countertop, which is 1 1/4" thick. I ordered an extension kit and that did the trick. The snap-on connectors worked perfectly, but require a bit of force to connect, though I think that is probably good. I put cross handles on rather than levers, so the cold water turns on when you turn the handle clockwise, which is how it would turn on with lever handles. It could be changed by changing the cartridge, but it doesn't bother me that much. All-in-all, I recommend this to anyone who wants a gently elegant traditional faucet for their bathroom.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Elegant in Polished Nickel Beautiful Faucet and Fixture in Polished Nickel, but the stopper leaks. The styling is elegant and the finish is flawless. The ceramic valves operate smoothly with easy closure for turn-off. For the handles, I ordered the french curve handles and they look and feel nice. The assembly and installation is easy, the instructions are complete. The stopper leaks. I can push the stopper down to slow the leak, but then it starts again. The lower part of the stopper is plastic. For the price that I paid for this Cassidy Polished Nickel, I expect everything to be perfect, including the stopper. I hesitate to recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thrilled because faucet handles turn in correct directions with cross handles!!! l love the look of this faucet and it was easy to install, but the best thing about this faucet is that with the cross handles it is possible to configure it so that the handles both open counterclockwise and close clockwise. The faucets that are pre-built backwards on the cold side and not configurable drive me bananas....

Does Delta sell an extension piece to allow this faucet to be installed in decks thicker than 1-3/32"?

My counters are 3 cm, and the threads do not extend through the counter to allow the nut to be tightened on.

I have a 4" center three hole sink...will a 6-16" faucet set work?

Is the unit sold without the cross handles?

How do you get the carterage out? Remove the nut on top?

Hi, Sailer man! Thank you for your question. To remove the stem cartridge assembly, you will want to remove the set screws out of the sides of the handles with a 3/32" allen wrench. Once the handles are removed, unscrew the bonnet nuts counterclockwise. You are now able to remove the stem unit assembly by pulling the stem straight out. Best Regards, Rosanna
