I had a couple of trouble shooting calls with the very professional folks at Delta but we couldn't resolve the issue. They asked for photos of the faucet trouble areas. I honestly expected very little after all these years...maybe a discount on a new faucet, or even nothing at all. What did they give me? Brand New Faucet!!!!! Thank you Delta !

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks pretty but may have been faulty, got to work. According to the plumber that installed this it was faulty as it leaked, he was able to add silicone to stop it but he said there was something faulty in the piping mechanism.

RE: Cassidy Model 3597LF - PMNPU, faucet 413763-A. Installers say that the threaded pipe is not long enough to securely attach faucet to a granite top measuring 1 1/8 inches thick. If this is true, what is a solution? I am on my own to make this repair.

Does this faucet swivel?

How can I tighten the lever base and what tool do I need?

How do I clean Delta Cassidy bath faucets with the polished nickel finish?

Thank you for your question, Rock! A Delta Faucet finish is designed to be easily wiped down with soap and water and a soft cloth. Hard water spots can be cleaned with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. can the handle direction for on and off be reversed

Hi, Kathy! Thank you for your question. The Delta 3597LF-PNMPU faucet handle direction can be changed by changing the orientation of the stem unit assembly within the valve, underneath the handle. First, turn the water off at the supply. Remove the set screws from the handles with a 3/32" allen wrench. Unscrew the bonnet nuts counterclockwise. Pull the stem unit assemblies out and turn them around to change the direction of the handle. Reinstall all parts. Please contact us back if you should need further assistance. Best Regards, Rosanna

Does the 3597LF-MPU come with the lever handles included. I see other part numbers that come less handles. So then you would have to order handels separately.. This model number doesn't say included or excluded.
