Then found out the threads on the spout are too short for a 1" thick or more counter top. After calling Delta learned you have to purchase two extension kits @$29.40 each, RP10612, to make them mount properly. Poor design, adding just a 1/4" to the length of the spout threads would eliminate this issue and having to pay a plumber to come back and correct this. Can't recommend the product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thrilled because faucet handles turn in correct directions with cross handles!!! l love the look of this faucet and it was easy to install, but the best thing about this faucet is that with the cross handles it is possible to configure it so that the handles both open counterclockwise and close clockwise. The faucets that are pre-built backwards on the cold side and not configurable drive me bananas....

The tubing that connects the hot and cold valve to the centrally located spout is made from very low quality materials. This connection tubing is clear plastic tubing with next to no reinforcing. The connections for the plastic tubing to the spout are cheap plastic snap-on connectors. The connection for the snap-on connectors to the plastic tubing is poorly done and of low workmanship. I would only recommend this if you have a very good homeowners insurance policy with zero deductible because this lavatory faucet is going to fail faster than you realize and will end up causing major water damage. The very poor quality of this product led me to remove it shortly after installing it as I had just remodeled my house, and knew this product was a disaster waiting to happen. I would give it zero stars if possible.

Very nice look and feel. I've used both cross handles and also the French curve handles and I have been very happy. Polished nickel has a nice finish and looks very expensive . I've done complete baths with the Cassidy line and it is very well received.

RE: Cassidy Model 3597LF - PMNPU, faucet 413763-A. Installers say that the threaded pipe is not long enough to securely attach faucet to a granite top measuring 1 1/8 inches thick. If this is true, what is a solution? I am on my own to make this repair.

How can I tighten the lever base and what tool do I need?

How do I clean Delta Cassidy bath faucets with the polished nickel finish?

Thank you for your question, Rock! A Delta Faucet finish is designed to be easily wiped down with soap and water and a soft cloth. Hard water spots can be cleaned with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. can the handle direction for on and off be reversed

Hi, Kathy! Thank you for your question. The Delta 3597LF-PNMPU faucet handle direction can be changed by changing the orientation of the stem unit assembly within the valve, underneath the handle. First, turn the water off at the supply. Remove the set screws from the handles with a 3/32" allen wrench. Unscrew the bonnet nuts counterclockwise. Pull the stem unit assemblies out and turn them around to change the direction of the handle. Reinstall all parts. Please contact us back if you should need further assistance. Best Regards, Rosanna

Does the 3597LF-MPU come with the lever handles included. I see other part numbers that come less handles. So then you would have to order handels separately.. This model number doesn't say included or excluded.
