Rated 1 out of 5 by from Won't fit This faucet looks super nice but it doesn't fit! We remodeled our bathroom and bought 3 of these. Unfortunately when the plumber was installing these after the quartz was in, the sprout was too short and he wasn't able to tightly secure the washer and nut. He did his best and now 2 weeks later, the sprout is loose. Seriously?? Delta, you need to fix this!

Hi, my client purchased this faucet for a bathroom remodel, and it will not work with a standard 3cm countertop thickness- which is the industry wide standard countertop thickness for granite, quartz, marble, etc. We did not know that anyone made a faucet that would not work with a standard countertop thickness.... now we are having to swap to a different faucet because the countertops are on, and they are not coming off. Very disappointed that a well-known brand like Delta would make a faucet that doesn't fit today's industry standards. Just another problem to have to be on the look out for now with faucet selections.

We have had to tighten a couple of times now and we have had the faucet for less than one year. The plumber asked how often we use the tub and we told him every night (we have a two year old) and he said most people use the bath once a month or not even that so they aren't really designed for daily use?? He got new handles put on but they are still wobbly and I feel we will have to continue to tighten them. I don't think the screw in the handle has enough to bite on to.

It has a high-end Victorian look for a fraction of the price of a Whitehaus or Franke facuet. I used this for my American Standard laundry room sink and have already gotten compliments on it. Make sure to buy the handles separately when purchasing this product, though. Very high quality for the money and all brass parts.

The plumber put it in anyway since he was here and we needed to finish the job on this two sink bathroom. Maybe better quality control is needed but we will definitely buy from you again and check the product way before plumber comes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yet Another Great Faucet From Delta I have been updating my two bathrooms in Venetian Bronze and chose this faucet for the guest bathroom. It is beautiful. The handles open and close so easily and will be great for my mom when she visits since she has arthritis in her hands. The install was very easy and the only fault that I could find was that the drain mechanism is very close to the water inlet for spout but in the end it all went well, works fine and I could not be happier. When I started the project I began by updating my shower fixture which was over 12 years old and had begun to leak from the handle. Delta sent a new cartrige free of charge since it is guarnteed for life and I used a bronze trim kit to finish---so easy and inexpensive! Delta has amazing customer service and they stand behind their products and I will consider no other brand.

Does the 3597LF-MPU come with the lever handles included. I see other part numbers that come less handles. So then you would have to order handels separately.. This model number doesn't say included or excluded.

RE: Cassidy Model 3597LF - PMNPU, faucet 413763-A. Installers say that the threaded pipe is not long enough to securely attach faucet to a granite top measuring 1 1/8 inches thick. If this is true, what is a solution? I am on my own to make this repair.
