I had a couple of trouble shooting calls with the very professional folks at Delta but we couldn't resolve the issue. They asked for photos of the faucet trouble areas. I honestly expected very little after all these years...maybe a discount on a new faucet, or even nothing at all. What did they give me? Brand New Faucet!!!!! Thank you Delta !

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks pretty but may have been faulty, got to work. According to the plumber that installed this it was faulty as it leaked, he was able to add silicone to stop it but he said there was something faulty in the piping mechanism.

Can use for 4 inch base replacement? Concerned whether holes will match up. What available in 4 inch replacement nickel or chrome?

I want to mount a 3597LF-SSMPU on a 1 1/4" thick quartz countertop is it possible?

Hi Bruno, Thank you for your question. The model 3597LF-SSMPU has a max deck thickness of 1-3/32". You will need to order the RP10612 extension kit that adds 1" of max deck thickness to work with your 1-1/4" granite. Thanks, Dave

is it possible to get the wide spread Cassidy bath faucet with porcelain handles?

Does the 3597LF-MPU come with the lever handles included. I see other part numbers that come less handles. So then you would have to order handels separately.. This model number doesn't say included or excluded.
