I'm interested in the T14459-CZ, but need a hand held shower with bar as well, the 57085-CZ. What components would I need to get this set up to work?
Hello, marcoos! Thank you for your question. There are a couple options to divert the water between the showering components. The first is an in-wall diverter. For this, you will need the R11000 Rough-In Valve and a T11859 Diverter Trim Kit to match your shower valve trim. You will also need a supply elbow for the hand shower hose, such as the 50560. The second option is to use a shower arm diverter, such as the U4923-PK or U4929-PK.
Best regards, Jon

Want to install wall mount hand shower 57923-CZ... will it work with this system and what are all the components/parts requirement to install?
Will a 3-Way Shower Arm Diverter for Hand Shower U4929-cz-pk work? Will we need to get any other parts?
Hi R-hung, Thank you for your question. The U4929-CZ-PK will attach to your current shower arm and allow you to then connect your current showerhead and the 57923-CZ wall mount hand shower to the diverter. The diverter will allow you to use each showerhead individually or both at the same time. You will not need any other parts.

I would like to know which of the shower head and spigot components are non-metallic and what they are made of.
Thank you for your question. The handle, escutcheon plate, and shower arm of the Delta Trinsic Tub and Shower T14459-CZ faucet model are metal. The shower head and tub spout have non-metallic components.

Slip on installation for the tub spout
The details on the slip on installation for the tub spout is very minimal. What is the length of the pipe from the wall? Also, does any caulk need to be used? also, it says to tighten the set screen, but the white plastic middle is in the way and does not have a whole? Is the adapter supposed to be inside the white plastic piece in the middle?
Very poor instructions!!
Thank you for your question, Kevin. The tub spout will include a brass slip-on adapter (RP33794) that you can remove from the tub spout. The 1/2" copper pipe should extend 2" to 4" from the finished wall. Install the adapter so that there is a 1/4" to 1/2" between the adapter and the finished wall. Tighten the set screw, then thread the tub spout onto the adapter.

Hi, I am looking into updating the shower/bath trim in my bathroom> I currently have a delta system installed and I am looking to update with a black trim system. Is there a way to avoid updating valves? Thx
Thank you for your question. As long as the screw holes on your current Delta 13/1400 series large round escutcheon plate are at the 1 and 7 o'clock positions and you do not have a push button shower diverter directly below the off and on handle, then The Delta Trinsic Tub and Shower T14459-BL trim kit and any of our other trim kits that start with a T13 or a T14 will interchange for you, without having to replace the rough-in valve body in the wall. The cartridges that come with the new trim kits may not fit your valve body, so you may need to reuse your existing cartridge.
