Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Delta Faucet Our old faucet was almost 20 years old...it had been leaking so had to maneuver the handle to stop the leak and then the washer went so that was the impetus to get a new faucet and since our last Delta faucet lasted so long we wanted to stay with the same brand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Total Disaster We bought this faucet, it worked for awhile, then it went downhill. The handle is tight and now it leaks when we use the handle. Delta sent us a part for replacement, but it is impossible to unscrew some round thing in there to install that part. Horrible faucet. How am I supposed to replace it?? The faucet was installed during countertop installation and now it is a nightmare to unscrew this whole darn thing. Water is dripping and I have a cloth next to the handle to absorb water. Total disaster. Don't buy.

I replaced a leaky faucet that had great flow capacity, so this seems to be an issue with this model. If water flow is important to you, I would not recommend this faucet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This faucet has all the best features I just purchased and installed a Grant pull-out faucet for use in our laundry room. So far, I'm very impressed (except for the very marginal installation instructions). After much research, I decided it has the features that I found were best; the spray head stays in the last setting (several other brands don't have this), DIAMOND cartridge to avoid long term lubrication issues with the cartridge, the Brilliance PVD finish, and PEX tubes that run all the way to the cartridge to avoid multiple connections that can later leak. The only negative thing that caught my eye were the 2 small o-rings in the connector for the sprayer hose. Those are not likely to be long life items due to chlorine in the water supply. Installation was fairly easy if you've done faucet installs before and don't need to heavily rely on the included instructions. I would give it 5 stars if it had better installation instructions. Do yourself a favor and download the parts and accessories diagram as it will help reading between the lines of the VERY generic installation instructions.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Grant Single Handle Pull-Out Sprayer kitchen fauce I bought this 2 years ago and was installed by a NYC license plumber. The shutoff handle had to be placed down exactly, otherwise there would be dripping. After a year, my plumber replaced an internal part below the handle. However, the situation remained the same. The proper shutoff required a downward sweet spot location. If not, there would be dripping. We finally gave up and purchased a similar type faucet from Home Depot called Glacer Bay. It works like a charm.

There must be a defect in the receptor in the head that cuts the "O" ring and causes it to leak. The leak is not visible as the water runs down the neck back into the cabinet. The parts list will not list the "O" ring.

Its light and powerful, very easy to handle. it was easy to install. this is much more practical then those tall fancy faucets that end up leaking. It looks nice too.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Terrible faucet I remodeled my kitchen a few months ago and where I've had good luck with other Delta faucets I purchased this one. Bad mistake. It's very difficult to adjust the temperature and once you do get it adjusted if you shut it off as in when rinsing dishes or you try to change the pressure it changes the temperature and you have to start all over again. And now after only a few months if you run very hot water it won't shut off unless you wiggle the handle from side to side. It's very poor quality for the price. I'm about to remove it and throw it in the trash and buy a different faucet. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying this faucet.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice Design But Irremediably Loud On the positive side, the design is simple, tidy, and modern. The neck moves easily and the spray works well. It was helpful to read other reviews to understand how to firmly shut the faucet off and that spray does not return to neutral. There are times when that is economical and convenient, not so much for others in the household who don't want the spray, so I remind myself to return to regular flow when I am done. I also find that the hot/cold mixer works well. On the negative side, I agree with others that the flow is very loud. After dialogue with Delta, and receiving a new cartridge, I had our plumber come back. There was no issue with debris. The loudness of the flow and shut off just is what it is. Had I known, I might have invested in replacing the part to correct the low flow in what was only an 8 year old faucet rather than get a new one. I am very disappointed as I have a regular Delta faucet in our bathroom, and it is very quiet. So I am convinced it's the design and materials and recommend your engineers do some testing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective Grant Chrome faucet I bought this Grant Chrome from Home Depot and installed it. It was leaking from underneath the sink. My plumber said it was defective and so I exchanged it for a new one and got it installed. I had to pay for installation cost of $120 twice because the original faucet was defective, though it was no fault of mine. I called Delta Customer Service and they tell me they wont reimburse the installation cost of the first install. I am unlikely to buy Delta faucet again...

installing on a stainless steel sink

Can the Grant faucet be installed on a stainless steel sink, that is, is there a minimum sink thickness for installing this faucet? If approved for installation in a stainless steel sink are there any additional installation steps not shown in the installation instructions?

How do you change the aerator.

This wrench maybe clipped onto the supply line of your faucet below the counter. Which water filter for Grant

Which water filter is compatible with the Grant faucet

Hi JJ, Thank you for your question. We do not recommend to use attach a water filter on the end of a pull-out or pull-down faucet. However, you can use any filtration system that is installed below the sink that has a 3/8" connection or adapter. Best regards, Jon
