Replacement for Valve Assembly
Your service rep was very helpful with understanding our problem and knew the solution which was a new valve assembly part. We used a Youtube DIY video to help install the replacement part and it took probably less than 30 minutes to replace. With the new valve in place all our drip problems went away. It was a joint work effort with my wife and I and together we were able to replace the valve assembly with very minimal difficulty.

Wrong instructions for this model
As I wrote before. The instructions for model 16953-DST was not included; in sttead instrictions for model 106557 is packed. I brought this to the attention of you guys-you emailed a 'Parts List' for Model 16953. I am still waiting for a correct instructions (since 7-9-2020).

Faucet Drips
It is very hard to keep the faucet from dripping. It has to be in the absolute perfect position which is very inconvenient for my family. I'm not really sure what to do to fix it.

HORRIBLE FAUCET
Bought less than two months ago and the faucet is so finicky that it will drip or stream water unless it is in absolutely the right, exact spot to fully shut off. It keeps getting worse to the point I have to try to shut it off 3 or 4 times before it hits the right spot. HORRIBLE. Cannot get through to customer service. I wait on hold forever and haven't received a response to my email for nearly 10 days. I continue to email and call. Is anyone there who cares?

Completely NOT satisfied
I bought this faucet after doing much research on line in December 2019. It was installed by a professional and ever since we have had it it has never turned off properly, only one finite spot that works to completely have no water dripping. It also is making a creaking noise at the handle turning it on and off. It is difficult to control the temperature for the water as well, either full on hot or full on cold. Not very user friendly.

Nice appearance.
Must be sure to shut it off fully. Needs a firm hand. If using the spray, when you are finished and shut the faucet off, and then on again, the spray is still there. Must shut the spray off each time. Didn't care for that as my other faucet, not a Delta, returned the regular . Other than that, it's a good faucet. One hole faucets are hard to find lately. Most people are choosing the three hole, but I was not about to put all new counter tops in to accommodate a faucet.

Worst Delta Faucet Design Ever
I have always bought Delta faucets for whole house. This is the worst design. Temperature is difficult to control and cheap plastic hose is disappointing. Faucet shuts off intermittently while using spray. This isn’t my first faucet with single handle, pull out sprayer so I know how it should work. I can’t wait to replace but just spent $$$ for plumber to install.

Great Replacement Faucet
We purchased this faucet to replace a MOEN that could not be repaired after less than 3 years.
The finish is great, the fit was such that we had to modify the sink hole in an offset sink to allow all the under parts to contact the sink totally.
Operation of this faucet is easy and works as described in the online description. This faucet works flawlessly, the only disadvantage being: the spray does not revert to stream when shut off and restarted.

great faucet
I bought this to replace my existing faucet and while its functional and works great, a few tweaks would make it earn 5 stars.. On the positive side, it comes with long enough connectors that you can hook on directly to the hot and cold water inlets. The thing i dislike is is the very short handle, the pull out feature is not good, it does not fit back into the slot easily so some manual effort each time you take it out, in addition as the water hose is made of nylon, it does not easily go back into its slot. Thus you have to manually feed it back into the opening each time you decide to pull out the faucet head

I replaced cartridge a few months after purchase in June 2019 - it wouldn't turn off, and faucet dripped. Delta sent cartridge replacement. Seven months after purchase and cartridge replacement - faucet still doesn't turn off completely. It works better, but I have no confidence in the, "Diamond", technology.

Nice faucet - but would not buy again
Replacement for a similar long-time Kohler kitchen faucet. My one star is only because I was used to a toggle that allows me to leave it in the spray mode all the time which this model does. I have found that the handle part is too short and my hand is partially over the black fittings where the handle fits into the faucet base and is uncomfortable. With the spout extended with the hose, if you pull it out too far as in spraying down a sink, you can kink the line and shut off when you turn the sprayer toward the drain. Even with the weight on the hose, the hose does not retract like my previous faucet. Faucet looks nice; but would not recommend it, especially if you are used to a higher quality unit.

The faucet was very easy to install and works great. There is some noise from the water flow especially when operating at low water pressure. The sprayer does have to be turned off and on manually. It doesn't reset if you turn off the water.

This stainless steel faucet blends in flawlessly with my stainless steel sink. The lever glides effortlessly when turing on and off. Having a pull-out sprayer is one of the best inventions ever. It goes in and out with no problems and fits nice and snug. The longer hose was one of the main selling points for me when I was comparing faucets. This is best faucet I have ever had in a kitchen.

installing on a stainless steel sink
Can the Grant faucet be installed on a stainless steel sink, that is, is there a minimum sink thickness for installing this faucet? If approved for installation in a stainless steel sink are there any additional installation steps not shown in the installation instructions?

How do you change the aerator.
Thank you for your question, roofer1938! The aerator on the Delta Grant model is a cashe aerator and requires the wrench that was supplied with this model for removal of the aerator. This wrench maybe clipped onto the supply line of your faucet below the counter. Which water filter is compatible with the Grant faucet

Thank you for your question. We do not recommend to use attach a water filter on the end of a pull-out or pull-down faucet. However, you can use any filtration system that is installed below the sink that has a 3/8" connection or adapter.
