It works good and looks nice. the base of the faucet is a nice heavy metal the hand sprayer is a nice plastic that is light weight and easy to use and looks nice. I debated about purchasing a re-certified product. Glad I purchased it. The price was a bargain for a new delta faucet! I will search delta’s re-certified products again when the need arises. I like that Delta donates the purchase price to a charity. It’s a win win purchase.,

Does this have the magnetic faucet head similar to the Delta Kate?

This is my second Delta Faucet and every time the water comes out it makes a loud screeching noise. It does not stop. I have taken it apart and cleaned it but it still makes that noise. It’s very annoying. It’s only two years old. I need another handle.

The noise you are speaking of is caused by debris, we would recommend flushing the faucet to get rid of any debris. Please shut water supplies off before starting this process, also grab a towel, and a bucket. Please follow the next set of instructions, which can also be found on page 7 of the maintenance and installation sheet. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/106557%20Rev%20C.pdf To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside a bucket. My 6 month old unit will not swivel, and plumber states there are no obvious swivel adjustment access.  Only the Phillips screw for tightening.  Pullout is easy to pull and return.  It’s just the housing will not swivel! Suggestions?
