Broken Faucet from
Falling apart
This completely fell apart :( The hose portion just dangles and the handle to turn the water on/off doesnt turn off properly without a lot of maneuvering. Also, it doesnt maneuver in a way that captures any cold water at this point either. Lukewarm is the coolest you can get. Just not made well unfortunately :( Do they have replacement parts so I dont have to purchase a completely new faucet?

Handle loose from
I was reading reviews. I just paid for it to be installed and a week later the hot and cold little piece fell out and the handle is loose. Someone else in reviews said the same thing. I just paid a lot for the faucet and for it to be installed. How do I fix it?? It is less than two weeks old.

Very nice faucet!
Had a plumber install it so I can't comment on that, but I do love the faucet. My only problem is the faucet "hot cold" handle is somewhat loose. I guess the set screw fell out. I don't see that anywhere on the parts list. This is very inconvenitnt as the hardware store guy said I really have to know the size. Set screws are dumb

Just Installed - Instructions Don't Quite Match
Just installed this product. I'm not a professional installer, so it took an hour or so longer than it should have because the installation instructions/illustrations (both printed included in the box and the same on-line) do not match the product very well. Even the cover page does not match the product. Left me guessing on how to install some pieces.

I have the Kate kitchen faucet (16980-SSSD-DST) purchased in 2014 . The set screw no longer locks the handle onto the valve, and the set screw is frozen in place. A replacement handle is no longer available, can I use another handle instead, and which?

i was wondering how easy is it to refill the soap dispencer? and do i have to get under the cabinet every time i need to refill it?

How can I tighten the on off handle? It's way to loose and I can't seem to figure out where the screws are to tighten it. Thank you.

Once, the button is removed, using a 1/8" Allen wrench the set screw can be tighten or removed from the handle. Please see the below Parts Diagram document link.

Fill soap dispensor
Hello, does the soap dispenser get filled from the top or bottom? I read the install manual but it was not clear, it sounds like you just lift the pump out but that would leave me to think the pump is not secure to the body. Can you please explain?

Thank you for your inquiry! To fill the soap dispenser, you would simply lift up on the head assembly to remove it and the pump. Then pour the soap down the hole into the 13 ounces soap bottle. You can also refill it from above the sink using a vented funnel RP30395.

I have this faucet in a house I just bought. I have to put the handle to a very specific position (forward and to the right) so that it doesn't drip. I suspect it needs a new cartridge. Can you please provide the replacement cartridge number?

I owned this faucet for 5 years & LOVE it! But would like to know how I can restrict it's motion so it doesn't swing to far towards the back ledge of my sink that it could flood my counter?

How does the bonnet come off?

Thank you for your question regarding the bonnet nut of the Delta Kate Kitchen Pull-Down 16970-SD-DST model. Please be sure to turn off the water supplies under the sink before disassembling the faucet. The bonnet nut can be removed by turning it counter-clockwise using an adjustable wrench.

Can I get an escutcheon plate for this faucet
I purchased this faucet to use in the laundry room. The tub has a 4" center, 3 hole. An escutcheon plate would solve the problem. Do you sell any plates that would work with this faucet

If i disconnect lines from handle from the supply shutoffs to move the faucet, can i reconnect them later?
Faucet needs to be moved as the soap dispenser and faucet were installed on the wrong sides. If i disconnect the tubes from the supply lines, do i have to do anything to them to make sure they seal correctly when i reattach them? I want to make sure i still get a good seal with the provided fitting ends.

I have a 2-hole sink. I only need the faucet and handle, not the soap dispenser. I bought a Kate and the box indicates it can be used with a 2-hole sink, but all the installation literature indicates a 3-hole sink. Can this be installed in a 2-hole sink?

What size is the nut that is used to mount the lever assemble? The plastic wrench slipped off and won’t work now an I can’t seem to get the right deep well socket on the nut while under the sink trying to finishing the install.
