Rated 1 out of 5 by Broken Faucet from Falling apart This completely fell apart :( The hose portion just dangles and the handle to turn the water on/off doesnt turn off properly without a lot of maneuvering. Also, it doesnt maneuver in a way that captures any cold water at this point either. Lukewarm is the coolest you can get. Just not made well unfortunately :( Do they have replacement parts so I dont have to purchase a completely new faucet?

Someone else in reviews said the same thing. I just paid a lot for the faucet and for it to be installed. How do I fix it?? It is less than two weeks old.

I guess the set screw fell out. I don't see that anywhere on the parts list. This is very inconvenitnt as the hardware store guy said I really have to know the size. Set screws are dumb

I'm not a professional installer, so it took an hour or so longer than it should have because the installation instructions/illustrations (both printed included in the box and the same on-line) do not match the product very well. Even the cover page does not match the product. Left me guessing on how to install some pieces.

I realize the faucet rotates 360 degrees, that is all good. What I would like to know is there a way to tighten the rotation so that it does not move so freely from left to right. Currently there is little to no friction on the rotation.

Do you have any idea if the bases of this faucet precisely match the bases of the discontinued 172-WF? I need a three-piece combination, but an alternative faucet piece would not fit the hole the Delta faucet 172 used. The hand and soap holes were OK.

I have a "Kate" magnetic sprayer on my kitchen faucet.  Is there another sprayer that will work with this model of faucet ?

We have the Kate Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet. The Bracket, part number RP47029 disintegrated and fell off. We are trying to figure out what else we need besides that part to repair. Would a replacement bracket be all we need?

Hi, Delta kitchen faucet (model 16970-SD-DST) started leaking around the base of the neck and water also drips when we shut the faucet off. We've removed the cartridge and cleaned it several times and we still have the problem. Faucet is about a year old.

It is almost impossible to turn off the water. We have to yank the handle to try to shut off the flow of water. It's not that it leaks after the water is shut off. It is very difficult to put the handle in the OFF position. i was sent the wrong part

Love my faucet, but it has started dripping unless you get the handle in just the right off position. Help!!

Hello Chris Sorry your faucet is leaking. I am happy to help. DST DRIP - RP50587 We have tested this cartridge and found that it should last up to 1 million cycles under normal use. However, over time, debris in the water can cause a drip by preventing a water-tight seal under the gasket on the bottom of the cartridge. Please turn off the water supplies under the sink, loosen the set screw, remove the handle, then unscrew the cap and bonnet. Wipe the bottom of the cartridge and the valve where the cartridge seats with a soft cloth, then reinstall the cartridge. Please tighten the bonnet nut hand-tight plus a 1/4 turn with a wrench. We have Delta Kate Faucet #16970-SD-DST. Installed 7/27/22. The single handle water supply control is loose as the bracket securing it rusted the connection post. The post is broke. To secure it we need a new water supply. Are they available? Thankyou

Does this faucet allow the flow of water to change between stream and spray without turning off the water? In other words can you toggle between the two or do you have to turn off the water?
