Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent in every way I have been enjoying this for a while now. Installation was easy because I also replaced my sink. It's really nice looking and the spray is outstanding. The installation was something I had never done, finished with no leaks in part because I also replaced the water supply valves too. The funny part was when I finished the install I could not get any water to come out. I was admiring the good job I had done, but this was a problem. I called Delta and after a few minutes the lady gently told me I was turning the handle incorrectly. I suddenly had water. Best sprayer too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than touch control We had the touch model for years and got tired of replacing batteries. This model has proven to be excellent.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from No Soap Please Overall a good product, but Delta should have an option to purchase the faucet without the soap dispenser.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Faucet!! I was first intrigued by the look of this faucet, but have been pleasantly surprised at how good of a job it does cleaning plates and such. The sprayers are aweseome, and the host is pretty flexible to get all parts of the sink. Great faucet, you can't go wrong!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from simple install no special tool needed to install. I needed a 5/32 nut driver . I could have used a phillips screwdriver. This isn't normal, they made it so simple. Fewer moving parts. On my model, i only have to move the faucet head (it is on a stiff hose coming from the body in an arc) around the sink. I don't have to pull a hose to spray around the sink. I've had the hose pull loose from the fixture. Messy cleanup-lots of water.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty solid overall. Easy to install. I like that there are no moving hoses underneath the cabinet. I do prefer the material used for the hose instead of the 'spring like' look. The spring can be too restrictive. I'm not a fan of the pin point sprayer with shield. The pin point stream doesn't seem to really do anything. The splash shield is a neat idea. I wish the spray option was a full circle. It has lots of power so I tend to use that for plate rinsing. I have seen a brand sprayer that was a line and that worked well for plate pre-rinsing - moved the stuff linearly. Love the magnet! Keeps the head in place perfectly and releases easily.

Dig the look of this! Can the PEX supply hoses be looped? My shut off valve are only 13 inches below the deck of sink, so included supply lines are over 20 inches too long.

Asked by: Snowtrooper1966
Thank you for your inquiry, Snowtrooper1966! Yes, we do recommend looping the supply lines below the sink, if there is no enough room when installing the Delta Foundry Pull-Down ShieldSpray Kitchen 19744Z-SPSD-DST faucet. Best regards, Tanya

1.) Does the faucet itself swivel from side to side? I have a two bay sink and would need the faucet to swivel. 2. I would like to mount the soap dispenser in the escutcheon plate. Is it possible to drill a hole in the plate to allow for it?

Asked by: Monica
Hi, Monica! Thank you for your question. The faucet spout does swivel 360 degrees. We do not recommend to drill out a hole in the escutcheon plate for the soap dispenser as modifying the faucet in anyway may result in voiding the warranty. Best Regards, Rosanna

Can the handle be installed on the front if there is an issue with backslash clearance?

Asked by: CJMOOSE
Hello CjMoose, Thank you for your question. We recommend installing the faucet with the handle on the right. The handle operates by tilting away from the faucet to turn on. The vertical (back) position gives cold water and rotating the handle forward provides hot. Installing the handle in front could cause an issue with adjusting the temperature or turning the faucet on or off. Best regards, Tanya

How do I remove the spray head so I can clean it?

Asked by: Ken45
Hi, Ken45! Thank you for your question. The spray head can be removed by pushing in on the small button at the sprayer. While pushing in, turn the sprayer assembly counterclockwise. Best Regards, Rosanna

Just curious what the reach is of the hose when not connected to the magnetic hose latch? Is there any extra play that hangs down on the inside like most socks do now.

Asked by: Riachan
Riachan, Thank you for your question! When undocked, the wand will almost hang down to the deck surface. When stretched out, the wand reaches about 16" from the center of the faucet while still being able to point straight down. Best regards, Jon

Is the hole for the soap dispenser the same size hole as the faucet?

Can this be installed with the handle on the left?

Asked by: Stephanie
Thank you for your question, Stephanie! We recommend installing the faucet with the handle on the right. The handle operates by tilting away from the faucet to turn on. The vertical (back) position gives cold water and rotating the handle forward provides hot. Unfortunately, there is no way to reverse the movement, so if the handle is installed on the left, it will rotate backwards. Best regards, Jon
