Only warm water
This faucet must have a temp stop of some kind. No matter what I do can only get warm water. I have removed cartridge and blew lines out even bought a new cartridge. Still warm only.

Rim of soap dispenser turning green!!
I had this Zalia faucet installed in May of 2021. In general, I love the style and function of this product. A downside is that the aerator gets clogged and I have NO idea how to clean it. Another post said something about a wrench provided to remove and clean it but I have no such wrench..and no instructions on how to use it if I did! Also, the rim of the soap dispenser is turning green! I’m afraid to scrub it clean because I suspect the dispenser is NOT solid stainless but just metal coated plastic which would only make it worse! The FINISH on this product is supposed to be warrantied for life, but this didn’t last a year! Not sure I can recommend this product! I intend to ask for a replacement soap dispenser AND the wrench and instructions for removing and cleaning aerator!

More than a faucet
I just purchased this new Delta faucet because my old Delta of 20+ years is outdated and recently had a small leak on the hose that pulls out.
I love the new updated features that they provided on this faucet. The part that quickly cleans off the dirty dish while not letting the water splatter is a great addition!
I purchased Delta again because they really stand behind their products. That older faucet had it's handle cartridge replaced twice under their warranty. It was amazing customer service that all businesses should take note of.

Looks good but didn't last 2 years
I bought another one to replace one I bought just 18 months ago. Customer service wanted to send me O rings when all I needed was a faucet that lives up to the advertisement on the box of "guaranteed for life".

Has the zalia kitchen faucet been discontinued?
Our old kitchen faucet stopped working so we bought this one. We have to have the handle on the left because it hits the soap dispenser if it’s on the right. Is there a way to rotate the handle so we can have it on the left side of the faucet?

The handle keeps becoming loose and won’t stay tightened. Very annoying and a poor design. Very hard to align set screw to tighten. I had my plumber come and he had a hard time trying to tighten it and it came loose again only after a few days.

I I have the zalia Delta faucet, the set screw in the back of the handle has disappeared. The handle can stay on. It’s not stripped or anything. I just need that tiny screw. How do I obtain that?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19781Z-SPSD-DST.
Unfortunately, we don't carry the handle screw as an individual part. A replacement screw is included with the RP90353SP handle kit or RP73000 cartridge.
The screw is larger than a typical set screw. The handle is trapped between the screw flange and the cartridge stem.

The ZALIA™ MODEL#: 19781Z-SPSD-DST cartridge is not adjustable and does not actually control the temperature coming into the faucet but rather simply controls the amount of hot and cold water allowed to mix in the valve. You may need to check the setting on your water heater, however we do not recommend setting this above 120 degrees.

I have a MODEL#: 19781Z-SPSD-DST kitchen faucet that is 3 yrs old and the flow has suddenly diminished to nearly 50% with shield spray not working. Calcification on the outside of the sprayer has been cleared. Is it possible to take apart the sprayer?

Low flow is caused by a blockage or debris, and we recommend flushing the unit.
To flush the unit, we recommend the following:
Start with the easy stuff:
Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed.
If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is.
Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow.
If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet.
Next, check the supply lines for debris:
Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines.
Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water.
Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket.
Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply.

We installed this faucet recently and are very unhappy with the small stream of water produced when in the normal position. Is there a way to replace this part with a different nozzle? Our water pressure isn't great, so it takes forever to get hot water.

Our Delta Faucet Zalia™ Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Soap Dispenser And ShieldSpray In Spotshield Stainless MODEL#: 19781Z-SPSD-DST wand is model specific, the other wands would not fit properly. The aerator has a maximum flow rate is of 1.8 GPM @ 60 PSI, If you get lower than this we would recommend a flush due to a blockage or debris.
To flush the unit, we recommend the following:

Is the Zalia faucet now (as of May 5, 2020) available with the Touch2O feature? The Lowe's website indicates that the Zalia faucet -- Item # 1916475 | Model # 19781Z-RBSD-DST -- does have the Touch2O feature. Thanks.
