Rated 3 out of 5 by from Kind of low-flow I like the form of this faucet. It has a non-standard sprayer... instead of a full circle spray, it sprays a fan on the left and right side. I haven't fully adjusted to this. It also has a pin-stream mode, but I don't find it all that useful. The head also restricts the flow of the water a bit. It also feels a bit like a 'low-flow' faucet. The normal flow to fill 16oz took 11.9s, with the spray head removed filling directly from the hose it took 8.7 seconds, so about a 30% flow reduction in the head filters and aerators...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works I have purchased Delta since I remodeled my home in 2008. It has been a good product and the warranty speaks for itself. I replace my touch faucet because the solenoid would always go out and it constantly leaked. It was aggravating and I would definitely NOT recommend it to anyone. It's was a nightmare.Other than that, I like the Delta products.

The touch on/off feature makes washing my hands or dishes while cooking easy. I find myself trying to "touch on" all my faucets!

there was nothing in my box for installation of something to cushion the faucet between my granite countertop. What do I use between bottom of faucet and countertop?

the jet that it should be one has a few lingering jets as if the button that holds one type of jet is not sticks. how to fix it?

Hello Cecelia! Thank you for your question and we are happy to help. We apologize for this information not being readily available to you. We recommend soaking the spray head of the Delta Faucet Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Soap Dispenser And ShieldSpray Technology In Spotshield Stainless MODEL#: 19811Z-SPSD-DST in 50% warm water and 50% white vinegar along with flushing the valves. Please follow the instructions below: Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is.  Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow.   If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. Next, check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines.  Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water.  Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket.  Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Since the handle was left in the on position, the water will flow up the cold supply line, through the faucet cartridge and back down the hot water line into the bucket. Leave this flowing for at least 30 seconds. After flushing, reconnect the hot water line and repeat this process with the cold-water line to ensure all particles have been removed from both supplies. To troubleshoot the sprayer we recommend soaking in 50/50 white vinegar and water, then rinsing, to dislodge trapped debris or remove mineral deposits.
