Rated 3 out of 5 by from Kind of low-flow I like the form of this faucet. It has a non-standard sprayer... instead of a full circle spray, it sprays a fan on the left and right side. I haven't fully adjusted to this. It also has a pin-stream mode, but I don't find it all that useful. The head also restricts the flow of the water a bit. It also feels a bit like a 'low-flow' faucet. The normal flow to fill 16oz took 11.9s, with the spray head removed filling directly from the hose it took 8.7 seconds, so about a 30% flow reduction in the head filters and aerators...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works I have purchased Delta since I remodeled my home in 2008. It has been a good product and the warranty speaks for itself. I replace my touch faucet because the solenoid would always go out and it constantly leaked. It was aggravating and I would definitely NOT recommend it to anyone. It's was a nightmare.Other than that, I like the Delta products.

The touch on/off feature makes washing my hands or dishes while cooking easy. I find myself trying to "touch on" all my faucets!

I have a Orson kitchen faucet Model 19811Z-SPSD-DST. The top push button on the pull down spray head fell off and the little tab that holds it in is broken. The MFG is 5/17/23. I cannot find my receipt for the warranty, what do I need to do?

I have the Orson faucet. I've had a lot of water pipes in the basement replaced so I have to constantly take off the head of the faucet to clean it out from the debris. How can I get another filter as well as how do I remove it from inside of the head?

Hi The warden, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19811Z-SPSD-DST. There may be a removable screen just inside the spray head, but not all models will have screens. After cleaning any trapped debris from the hose connection or the screen, I recommend unscrewing the aerator with the included wrench and running water for a couple of minutes to help flush out the spray head. Then reinstall the aerator. Unfortunately, we don't carry replacement parts for the spray head. The RP101718SP spray head and hose may need to be replaced.
