Love this faucet!
Recently renovated my kitchen. I chose the spot shield stainless for its ability to resist spotting. It works great! Better than I expected! Theres no spotting, the water stream is as expected, the faucet head stays in place securely. I’m very pleased.

Delta Essa Kitchen faucet
As always, Delta makes quality faucets. Looks great and plenty of space between faucet head and sink border. Plumber said we should enjoy it for many years. It even came with the under cover plate with shanks for added seal and sturdiness beneath the metal cover plate.

We own a Delta Faucet model 19888Z-DST Ophelia™ Single-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet In Chrome. It is missing a screw in the single-handle that controls the water flow and temperature. Can you please advise what size screw is needed? Thanks !

What kind of adapter do I need to connect the pull-out faucet hose to a standard garden hose? When the wand head is disconnected from the faucet hose, obviously.

Does model 19888Z-SP-DST meet the NSF 61/9 and ANSI/ NSF 372 ?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19888Z-DST.
This faucet complies with ASME A112.18.1 and ASME A112.18.6. To be in compliance with ASME A112.18.1 Section 4.9.1, the model is required to be in compliance with the applicable section of NSF 61.
NSF 372 addresses lead content. All Delta Faucet products meet or beat all state and federal requirements with regard to lead.

What is tthe distance from the mounting deck to the BASE of the Delta Ophelia faucet (i.e. distance from the counter to the base of the faucet). Is this the standard distance on similar Delta faucets with similar spout heights and spout reaches?Thank you!

The escutcheon at the highest point is about .8" inches from the countertop to the base of the faucet. The spout height is 15 5/16" inches, and the spout reach is 9 1/4" inches.

We apologize for the issues you are experiencing and we are happy to help! The hose will need to be removed to check the wand assembly. Thread the hose counterclockwise to remove and please hold on to the hose. Look inside the wand assembly for debris.

Sometime light stays on after use doesn't seem to shut off until you touch the faucet?

Touch2O® Technology is a sophisticated technology that can distinguish the difference between a tap and a grasp by measuring the duration of the contact with the faucet.
Grabbing the handle to use the faucet manually will not activate the touch feature.
