Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replacement for an older Delta touch faucet Delta's warranty is the best. I have an older touch faucet that started leaking and the on/off light was not working. I was looking for parts and found that they discontinued that model. I called Delta and explained my problem. Without any hesitation, they are sending out a new faucet for free. I truly believe in Delta service and products, and will continue purchase them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great support We had our faucet professionally installed. It worked and then stopped after a few minutes. This happened for several days. I called the customer service and followed all instructions. After 3 tries they sent me a new control unit at no cost. I installed it easily and have no problems since. We like the design and ease of use. We are just hoping that this problem is a "one off" and it will last for several years.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I loved it until the touch feature stopped working I purchased this item in 2012 and it worked perfectly until about six months ago (shortly after the warranty period expired). The batteries are fresh, but it will NOT respond to touch anymore. I still find myself tapping it, expecting it to work, after four years of forming the habit. I now curse it every time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nothing But Problems Shocked Delta Would Sell This Nothing but problems since this was installed. I am shocked that Delta would sell this under the Delta name. At $500+ I will never buy Delta again. Touch only works some time. Uses battery way to often. If you have this for 15 years it will cost you another $500 in batteries. Now touch is working and the water flow is near zero. Again shocked that a brand name like Delta would sell this. Wish I had read the online reviews first, I see a lot of people having the same issues. Will have to pay to have it removed and a regular faucet installed.

how easy is it to add soap to the dispenser? do you have to go under the sink to do it or from the surface?

Asked by: TomBa
Hello TomBa, Thank you for your question. The soap dispenser that comes with the Delta Ashton Pull-Down Kitchen 19922-SSSD-DST faucet is attached to the sink with a mounting nut, that screws on below the sink. Please see page 9 module 5 of the below Maintenance/Installation document link. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/64943%20Rev%20F.pdf Best regards, Tanya

Can you operate faucet without batteries?

Asked by: Bilbea
Hi, Bllbea! Thank you for your question. The Delta 19922T-SSSD-DST can be operated without batteries by first removing the solenoid entirely from the faucet. To do this, turn the handle to the 'off' position. Unclip both blue hose clips from the top and bottom of the solenoid. Connect the two hoses together and secure with one of the blue clips. Test to make sure no leaks occur. Best Regards, Rosanna

Can you put handle off and on in front

Asked by: Alana
Hello Alana, Thank you for your inquiry! The handle of the Delta Ashton Pull-Down Kitchen 19922-SSSD-DST faucet can be mounted on the left hand side or the front. However, keep in mind that if you mount it on the left hand side, the hot and cold will be reversed. Also, the LED base is keyed designed to fit the faucet in only one direction (front/forward). Unfortunately, if you want to mount the faucet with the handle in the front the LED will not be facing forward. Best regards, Tanya

WHen installing the head hose came out of the base. How can it be out back in?

Asked by: Lu Ann
Thank you for your question Lu Ann! I am sorry for the inconvenience and would be happy to help. If the hose has retracted into the spout, the best way to get it out is by holding the hose under the counter and slowly pushing it back up through the spout. It is also easier if you have a someone above the counter to grab the hose. If, instead, this has disconnected below the counter then you would want to feed the hose down through the spout using a slight twisting motion. Once the hose mostly inserted, put the hose weight on and connect the hose back to the faucet, tugging gently to ensure a firm connection. Hope this was helpful! -Edward
