Rated 2 out of 5 by from I loved it until the touch feature stopped working I purchased this item in 2012 and it worked perfectly until about six months ago (shortly after the warranty period expired). The batteries are fresh, but it will NOT respond to touch anymore. I still find myself tapping it, expecting it to work, after four years of forming the habit. I now curse it every time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nothing But Problems Shocked Delta Would Sell This Nothing but problems since this was installed. I am shocked that Delta would sell this under the Delta name. At $500+ I will never buy Delta again. Touch only works some time. Uses battery way to often. If you have this for 15 years it will cost you another $500 in batteries. Now touch is working and the water flow is near zero. Again shocked that a brand name like Delta would sell this. Wish I had read the online reviews first, I see a lot of people having the same issues. Will have to pay to have it removed and a regular faucet installed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I hope the new models are better We've had this almost 4 and a 1/2 years, and it seems to have a mind of its own. We have had the faucet turn on and off with no one in the room. We've had it work sporadically, and it finally quit working altogether (only the touch technology). This is really cool when it works, if it works.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Continued issue with solenoid and water flow My faucet is less than 2yrs old and I am about to receive my 3rd solenoid replacement part. My issue seems to be with faucet and not the solenoid however I am being told its a solenoid issue. They offered me a 50% replacement faucet at Delta's cost which leaves me paying more for a product I can buy at Lowe's for less money. I am truly disappointed with how Delta is backing its product by taking the approach/resolution of inconvenience the customer with taking apart the faucet every time you have an issue. I can tell you that when I had an issue with my Moen shower unit, Moen owned the issue and sent me a complete replacement shower without hesitation within a week! Since customer service showed no interest in having my pictures sent to them for review I am attaching them here. Very disappointed and can't wait to take apart my faucet for the 10th time to clean and replace solenoid. THANKS DELTA!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice! I love it but sometimes when I touch it, it doesn’t come on right away, so I touch another part of the faucet

After the faucet has been installed whereby the handle is on the right can the faucet be reinstalled so the handle is on the left side.  If so how should I do that?

Asked by: GeeGee
Thank you for your inquiry, GeeGee! The handle of the Delta Ashton Pull-Down Kitchen 19922-SSSD-DST faucet can be mounted on the right or the left hand side. However, keep in mind that if you mount it on the left hand side, the hot and cold will be reversed. Also, the LED base is keyed designed to fit the faucet in only one direction (front/forward). Unfortunately, if you want to mount the faucet with the handle on the left hand side the LED will face the wall. Best regards, Tanya

How do you switch between 1.5gpm and 2.0 gpm? Does not explain this feature in instructions manual.

Asked by: GlennM
Thank you for your inquiry, GlennM! The Ashton Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet model 19922-SSSD-DST comes with a Multi-flow wand assembly. By pressing the Multi-flow button (Top) on the wand assembly will provide a higher performance flow of 2 gallons per minute on both spray and aerated features. Best Regards, Tanya

WHen installing the head hose came out of the base. How can it be out back in?

Asked by: Lu Ann
Thank you for your question Lu Ann! I am sorry for the inconvenience and would be happy to help. If the hose has retracted into the spout, the best way to get it out is by holding the hose under the counter and slowly pushing it back up through the spout. It is also easier if you have a someone above the counter to grab the hose. If, instead, this has disconnected below the counter then you would want to feed the hose down through the spout using a slight twisting motion. Once the hose mostly inserted, put the hose weight on and connect the hose back to the faucet, tugging gently to ensure a firm connection. Hope this was helpful! -Edward

Aerator Adapter

Hello, Is there an aerator adapter for this faucet to hookup a water filter to the end of this faucet. Our old delta with a pull out handle worked fine with the water filter, but I cannot find an adapter that works with this faucet.
Asked by: Zkondo
Dear Zkondo, Thank you for your question. Delta does not make any adapters for attaching water filters or portable dishwashers to the Ashton Kitchen Touch Pull-Down 19922T-SSSD-DST faucet. The connection puts too much stress on the hose, the wand and it's mounting. Best regards, Tanya

Can the faucet head rotation be limited to 180 degrees?

Currently the faucet head (upper section) can be rotated 360 degrees. I would like to limit it to 180 degrees so it cannot be rotated beyond the edge of the sink. Is there a replacement part available for the swivel joint that can limit the rotation? I have the Delta Ashton Touch2O kitchen faucet. Thank you.
Asked by: Scott
Thank you for your question, Scott. Unfortunately, we do not offer a part that will limit the rotation of the spout. Best regards, Jon
