Rated 5 out of 5 by from "I Always Use Delta Faucets" Once again a Delta product comes through working perfectly, I've been using their faucets for over 20 years now, never a problem with the installation and when something needs replacement, gaskets, seals or arreator, I always replace the parts with oem Delta and keep them working like brand new again.

Hot Water Pressure has dropped significantly since the faucet was installed about a month ago. Cold water pressure has remained the same. Can you provide input to troubleshoot the Hot Water pressure change. Thanks

Asked by: Randy V
Hello Randy V, Thank you for your question. We would recommend flushing the hot water supply line. To do this, gather an adjustable wrench, some towels and a bucket. Shut off both water supplies. Disconnect the hot side Innoflex line and point it into a bucket. Move the handle to the full on position, middle temperature. Turn on the cold supply valve full. Let a gallon or two flow into the bucket. Shut off cold water supply. Check bucket for debris. If no debris, empty bucket and run one more time. Move the faucet handle handle to off position. Reattach the hot side line. To flush the cold side Innoflex line, just substitute cold for hot, and hot for cold in the steps. Best regards, Tanya

The spec sheet says clearance to backsplash is 2.5". Is the measurement from the center of the faucet hole to the backsplash? Or is the measurement from the back side of the faucet to the backsplash???

Asked by: Tintin
Thank you for your question, Tintin! The measurement is from the center of the faucet spout base or hub to the back splash. https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-K-19933-SD-DST%20Rev%20B.pdf Best regards, Edward

A color option for Trask high-arc is the "SpotShield Stainless"--but no SpotShield® feature. Explain the product feature differences including how manufactured. And how does color differ with Trinsic "Artic Stainless"?

Asked by: DPaul
Hi, DPaul! Thank you for your question. The 19933-SPSD-DST doe have our SpotShield Stainless® feature. You can learn more about SpotShield Stainless® here: https://www.deltafaucet.com/design-innovation/innovations/kitchen/spotshield-technology The Arctic Stainless features a cooler, metallic with blue undertones that matches more kitchen appliances. Can aerator be removed from sprayer?

I have removed the sprayer head from hose. Does sprayer head break down further to clean or replace the aerator and screen? Thanks. Bob
Asked by: Poppi
Thank you for your question, Bob! The aerator is not designed to be removed from the wand. We recommend soaking the wand assembly in a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution for 15-30 minutes. You can also tap it upside-down on a paper towel to help remove any debris. Best regards, Jon

My handle fell off, how should I replace it so that it actually stays attached?

Asked by: cadi
Thank you for your inquiry, Cadi! The handle of the Delta Trask Kitchen 19933-SPSD-DST faucet is held on with the set screw. Once the handle is placed onto the stem of the cartridge the set screw when tight should hold the handle in place. Here is a link to the parts diagram for your faucet that should help with your repair. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/80327%20Rev%20C.pdf Best regards, Tanya
