Easy to use.

Beautiful and Functional Pull Down Kitchen Faucet
I picked the Delta kitchen faucet because of their fabulous customer service and lifetime warranty on parts! I have numerous Delta faucets and shower heads in my 2005 home and I have been able to get replacement parts with a phone call to Delta. I wanted to replace kitchen faucet so I looked on line and then at Home Depot. I decided on the gooseneck with the stainless steel finish, pull down magnetic hold of the sprayer and the spray shield all to better accommodate my big Franke sink. Wonderful match! I love the ease of moving the gooseneck from side to side and the sprayer easily reaching all corners of the sink. Love the stainless finish and the simple sleek look of the Charmaine.
I also love the big display for hands on comparison at Home Depot and the fair price of the product.

Too expensive and needlessly complicated
Bought this as an emergency replacement for a moen that started leaking when the valve was open. Delta brand is what the plumber said to get. I think two hundred dollars is ridiculous. This is full of plastic parts. The hose looks cheaper than the moen it replaced and thats where the moen started leaking. Valve is needlessly complicated. It travels through a 90 degree arc to go between full hot and full cold and you have to tilt the handle out 30 degrees or so to open the valve. Why? Hope it lasts at least 5 years. Going to buy something with a commercial/institutional rating next time instead of overpriced residential.

Purchased the faucet 2 weeks ago. Installed it myself. I took me about 1 hour to remove the old faucet and soap dispenser and install the delta faucet with soap dispenser. It works extremely well. Good water stream. Finish and sprayer attachement are great.

Easy installation
I had a plumber remove the old faucet and install this new faucet for us. It took him less than 30 minutes to complete the task. This new faucet looks handsome and it has all of the functions that we need. We did not need the soap dispenser so we did not install it.

We recently had granite countertops installed and in connection with that, bought a new Delta faucet for use with a new sink. The faucet was very easy to install, and all parts fit exactly, so the connections were leak-free. So far it works very well, and the fact that it is guaranteed for life gives us peace of mind. Our plumber where we previously lived always recommended a Delta, and I agree. Delta is quality.

Love this faucet. Love the features. Perfect height when guests are sitting at kitchen counter. Not too high, big or bulky. Only wish the soap pump was compatible with foaming hand soap as opposed to gel......now I have to crawl under the counter to change out the soap. :o(

I"m using the single hole mount for my faucet and notice there is no rubber gasket, like what's included with the soap dispenser, just a foamy type gasket. am I missing something?

Thank you for your question! This is the correct gasket for a single-hole installation and will help prevent water from seeping under the base. You may also use a thin bead of silicone to help ensure a water-tight seal.

The spout portion (the tall curved pipe) of my new faucet is a little wiggly. Is this normal or is ther a way to tighten it?

I would like to remove the screen to clean out any sediment that might be trapped. How do I remove it?

Thank you for your question. The aerator of the Delta Pull-Down 19962Z-SD-DST faucet removes from the end of the wand assembly, using the provided wrench/tool RP90248. Then you can soak the entire aerator in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and tap water for up to 2 hours at a time for cleaning. Rinse with warm water and reinstall it in the end of the wand.

I have a Delta 19962Z SD-DST And am not getting as much water as I was( Very little), I cleaned the round filter in the end of the nozzle but that did not help. Are there filters in side on the actual nozzle and if so how does it come apart!
