How high does the faucet handle rise above the counter top, at both the bottom and top of the handle, and what is the swing radius?

How can I change the water pressure of this faucet?

Thank you for your question, blee72! The water flow on model 19978Z-SS-DST, is adjusted at the on/off handle. The spray pattern can be adjusted at the black button on the wand assembly. Model 19978Z-SS-DST has a maximum flow rate of 1.80 gpm @ 60 psi, and there is not a way to increase the maximum pressure. Best Regards, Benjamin

How do you get the hose out from inside the neck of faucet? I was cleaning the spray nozzle and unscrewed it and hose is stuck inside neck of faucet?

which is the hot water pipe. There is a label on one of the pipes. But it does indicate if this is for hot or the cold line.

How do you remove the aerator for cleaning the Leland #19978Z-RB-DST kitchen pull-down faucet? Online research states a tool was included with the faucet. However, it was installed during a remodel and the contractor did not leave any parts with us.

We’ve had this less than a year, just recently the flow of water has deleted into something half the flow size.  We are frustrated!  It’s not due to calcium buildup, we rectified that issue. We do not have the receipt, I see why this model is discontinue
