Rated 2 out of 5 by from Love it and Hate it I have a love/hate relationship with this faucet. I love the looks of the faucet and the functionality of the sprayer, but the cartridges absolutely stink. I have owned the faucet for approximately 1 year, and now have to replace the cartridge for the second time. The first occurred a few months after it was installed. It became extremely hard to move the handle and made a terrible creaking sound when you tried to move it. It also leaked at the handle. I called customer service and received a new cartridge quite quickly. The faucet was okay for a few months. This time, it began to leak from the faucet. We took it apart to flush it out and clean the cartridge, but it still leaks. The flushing process got water everywhere. I need to call customer service again for another cartridge Also, it’s almost impossible to get warm water. It is either super hot or cold and there is only a fraction of a millimeter of movement in the handle between the two. The mixer obviously needs improvement. We changed the position of the orange switch in the cartridge, but it will only give you warm and cold and NO hot at all. My family wants to get rid of it, but I still hold out hope that I’ll get a good cartridge that will fix my problem. Delta customer service is quite good, but until I get a cartridge that lasts and allows an easy transition to get hot, cold, and warm water, I can’t recommend this faucet to others.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible We bought this less than a year ago, it was fine until a month ago when the water pressure coming out is now super slow. We cleaned the spout thinking it possible could be calcium deposits however it is not the problem, it is definitely not a problem with the area water pressure, this issue is in the faucet. What is a bummer, I can’t return it the receipt and paper work was thrown out.

After using the Delta Faucet for a while now there are a few things I don't like. First the Hot/Cold marking which I complained about in my 1st review as being too small and in the wrong place is now lost. It popped out and I can't find it, so I have no Hot/Cold markings at all, just a little hole where the Hot/Cold button sits. Not a big problem though since you can't see it anyway. Also, a Problem with the handle as to getting it in the center to adjust the Hot/Cold from Hot too Cold to Warm [in the center] very hard to get it just right. it's either too Hot or too Cold and the Water Pressure is not very good. If I would have known this before I never would have purchased this Faucet. It's too late now since I already paid a plumber to install it. I'm sure not going to have it uninstalled and have a new faucet installed and pay another installation charge. Don't know how it will hold up, hopefully it will last a while.

You can barely see the Hot and Cold markings there so small and the tiny button that the Hot and Cold was marked on came out days after it was installed. Hot and Cold markings also in a bad location [aside from being so tiny should have been placed somewhere else on the handle]. Love the Magnetic pull out on the sprayer hose, stays in great, no hanging hose anymore.

Looks great [a real Beauty], Handle is Smooth and water sprayer works great [same for the Shield Spray]. Hose comes out nice and Smooth and loved the Docking Magnet. and the Water Pressure in really good.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Annoying spray design I was shocked when I first used the spray setting and saw that the spray only comes out of the sides of the faucet head. I was sure I had received a defective product. I read the manual and reviews and realized this was the intended design. It is a terribly annoying feature. I use my faucet on spray 99% of the time. With that big empty gap in the middle of the spray stream, I really have to twist the faucet head in various ways to rinse things thoroughly or rinse the sink basin. So inefficient. Very awkward and undesirable design that I absolutely hate. Wish I knew before purchasing, but I have never seen this before therefore would never expect it. So disappointed that I am stuck with this.

I was at Home Depot to look at the Leland19978Z-RB-DST in Venetian Bronze but they only had a different model showing the bronze color. Does the bronze color look the same regardless of the model name or does the color vary between models?

How do you remove the handle for faucet model 19978Z-rb-dst? handle number RP 63195?  Thanks.

What size countertop hole is required for mounting?

I found this faucet at Home Depot. #19978Z-RB-DST The color says Leland Bronze. The one shown above says Venetian Bronze. Is there a difference. Also the cost is different $221 and about $425 at a high end store. Quality difference??
