Made correct choice on most used kitchen item
This is the third faucet in 24 years. We almost went with the same old simple (single handle also) "flat neck" style, happy we did not. Yes, it costs more than the old style, but what do you use the most often in the kitchen? The faucet! We were also "afraid" of the hose being in the neck because of seeing others using a crowbar to get it back up in there. The magnets plus the use of the weight on the hose makes a perfect combination of getting the sprayer back up into the neck.

Beautiful Faucet
We love our Delta faucet! The pull down hose works so well and moves smoothly. The three water spray choices work great for different needs. It looks so pretty with our new sink and counter tops!

Great product
I purchased this faucet about a week ago, very easy to install the only thing my husband did was hold the faucet in place while I tighten from below! Love the final result and how it looks in my newly repainted kitchen!

Nice looking
I just had this installed 2 weeks ago along with a new Ruvati sink. It is a huge improvement over the cheap old stuff that was here.
The handle moves smoothly but if you aren’t paying close attention, the faucet will not turn off all the way. You have to be careful to get the handle into a correct position to fully turn off the water flow.
The 3 different spray modes come in handy and the reach 20” of the sprayer hose is fantastic. The hose does not return to the base without pushing it back and clicking it into place.
The finish is beautiful, a brushed aluminum I think.

Great features
I bought this faucet a couple weeks ago and really like that when I rinse my dishes water doesn't splash on my counter top nor my back splash like my old one did. I also like that the handle turns on from side and from front to back like my old one. So far I'm very satisfied.

Easy Install, looks and works great!
We purchased our Delta faucet to replace our 10 year old faucet. The install took about 20 mmiutes, very easy and solid connections. My wife loves the sheild spray function as it stops the splashing on the counter top and the jet spray rinses very well. We are very happy with this product.

Great features and easy to use
We bought this and had it professionally installed. The plumber said it was easy to install. I love the height above the sink and the rotation of the faucet. You do have to be careful not to over rotate it as it has a 365 degree rotation. Because of the height and maneuverability of the faucet, I easily clean my crock pot and dutch oven pot. I still haven't decided what I think of the splash accessory, but the sprayer is great. It looks very nice and is easy to use. It has been installed for 3 weeks.

Delta has always been great.
Delta has always sent me replacement shower heads, cartridges and parts under the warranty. They have always been pleasant about “giving away the profits”. This is the reason I have purchased a new Delta kitchen faucet when the cartridge they sent me couldn’t fix my leak because of chunky water.

Great Water flow
We bought this. There are so many brands and models out there at many price points. We wanted a pull down. We have replaced two faucets in the 10 years we have owned our house. So we went with this model $180.00. We wanted water volume and we got it with this model. Glad we chose Delta.

Q&A
I was at Home Depot to look at the Leland19978Z-RB-DST in Venetian Bronze but they only had a different model showing the bronze color. Does the bronze color look the same regardless of the model name or does the color vary between models?
Hi, Mary637!
Thank you for your question. Our finishes on our Delta faucets may vary in color but only slightly. There should not be a big significance and should match when placed side by side.
Best Regards,
Rosanna

How do you remove the handle for faucet model 19978Z-rb-dst? handle number RP 63195? Thanks.
Thank you for your question, Wayne! The handle is held in place with a set screw located on the side. This set screw will take a standard 1/8" hex key in order to remove the handle.
Best regards, Edward

I found this faucet at Home Depot. #19978Z-RB-DST The color says Leland Bronze. The one shown above says Venetian Bronze. Is there a difference. Also the cost is different $221 and about $425 at a high end store. Quality difference??
Hi, Debbie!
Thank you for your question. Leland is the name of the Delta 19978Z-RB-DST. The faucet finish is Venetian Bronze. This may have been labeled incorrectly. We do apologize for the confusion.
The list price for the faucet maybe different from place to place as we let the stores that sell our Delta products set their pricing.
All Delta faucets feature the same quality parts, materials, and workmanship, no matter what kind of dealer sells them.
Best Regards,
Rosanna
