I do have to wait upon my son in order to install it in my kitchen, which will be this coming weekend on March 26, 2022 I am super excited! I do live in an apartment, but when or if I move, I am sure to take it with me and have it installed in my new home.

Evidently it wasn't built for life because the internal components kept wearing out and had to be tightened. The Delta unit was easy to install and so far we are very pleased with its looks and performance.

Is it brushed chrome

We have a Leland faucet.is the valve assembly the same thing as a cartridge?  The faucet drips unless it is in one exact location and my plumber said I need to cartridge.  Did not see that in your parts diagram
