Very pleased!
I’m surprised at the number of reviews about pull out sprayer being stiff or hard to put back in place. I’ve never had this problem. Have had mine for almost 6 years and never had a problem n still looks new. I have stainless finish. Love longer handle on the sprayer too.

Hard to completely “retract” / push in the faucet after extending it. We picked this one because it is a little lower in height than other models but are not 100% satisfied due to the fact that you have to remember to really push it in every time you use The spray feature.

DELTA FAUCET NOT MY FAVE
That it’s low in height. I like the old fashioned aspect of it, but it’s terribly clumsy to pull the sprayer out . The handle is not designed well to distinguish the cold from the hot water.
I would have chosen a different design but I needed the “look” to go with my new mission cabinets. There are DEFINITELY better designs out there

Beautiful faucet.
It’s beautiful. We had to purchase an escutcheon to cover two extra holes in our countertop. The pull out sprayer is smooth and easy to use. We ordered this from build.com after canceling our order with a large retailer because of delays. Build.com got it to us within a few days of our order!

Build Ferguson to the rescue.
The Cassidy faucet is gorgeous! We had a problem as there is a pull in window right
over the sink so we were limited on faucets, they couldn't be too high. Delta helped
me find this one and I am over the moon. You were the only one who had one and for
that we are ever fo grateful.

Love this faucet!
Love the faucet! It looks perfect in my kitchen and is great to use. It is true that the pull out spray nozzle does need a good tug, but because the nozzle already is well into the sink I don't need to pull it out often. Easy to adjust water force and hot/cold. So happy with my choice.

Delta Cassidy pull out
Great style. Better function. I like the long extension for the spout, you don't have to bend over as far to work in the sink. Also the pull out spout is very easy to use contrary to many of the reviews I read. The spray function does not click off to stream once you turn off the water which I would have liked, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

We've only had it installed for a about a month, it is fairly heavy which I assume means it is built well. Love the design and look of the faucet although if the spray nozzle is pushed all the back way into main body it is hard to pull back out.

great look and spray feature/ frustrating design
I have bought many Delta faucets over the years and have always been happy. This one looks great and has great spray feature, but lacks in design. The pull out feature is very hard to properly dock in the holder and is even harder to pull out. If it is pushed in all the way, it pulls the entire top of faucet off when trying to pull back out. We have begun just barely pushing it in so it can be used, but it droops and sometimes falls out in the sink. I am not sure if there is a way to lube the docking area or what, but it has been a very disappointing function overall.

perfect height faucet
great faucet! was perfect height for my window shutter to be able to open and clear the top of the faucet. Sprayer option is handy would be a 5 star but sometimes the hose kinks if twisting to far. otherwise very happy with this purchase and finished off my new kitchen nicely :)

Shiny style!
Nice faucet! In hindsight, we should have chosen a faucet FINISH to match our satin-finish sink. It also wasn't the most ideal style for us as we have to wash dishes by hand, and our dish drainer sits in the double sink. Still getting used to the built in sprayer (a bit splashy if we have full water flow; our sink is only 7" deep). But, well constructed faucet and works really well.

What are the major distinctions between 4197 RB DST and 4353 RB DST?
Appearance wise they are identical but with a $175.00 difference.
Hi Rich, Thank you for your question. The main difference is in the styling of the faucet. Both faucets are single handle pullouts in the venetian bronze finish . The Cassidy model 4197-RB-DST has an integrated handle with the Euro motion cartridge and more intricate design. The Linden model 5353-RB-DST has more of a transitional design. The list price difference between the 2 models is approximately $35.

Can the lever be positioned in the front?
Hi Spoobs, Thank you for your question. The lever on the model 4197-RB-DST cannot be positioned on the front of the faucet. The spout only travels 120 degrees and would not reach the majority of a sink or face completely forward.

How does the pull out arm work? Do you just pull it out and it fits back in place?
I just had this faucet installed with our new granite counter tops. I love the look, but, there doesn't seem to be a lot of information in the owner's manual/installation guide.
Hi Trezy, Thank you for your question. The pull out wand does simply pull out for use. You will then slide the wand back into the spout when finished. The weight under the counter will help with the hose when returning the wand to the spout. The button on the wand will allow you to toggle back and forth between stream and spray modes.

Had this faucet about 4 years now & the past few months we have water leaking under sink intermitinly. Finally saw it is leaking from the cold water line within the body of faucet. This should'nt be happening after only 4 years of service. Please advise.

can this faucet be deck mounted for use with an undercounter sink?

Thank you for your question. This faucet will work with under-mount sinks. The maximum deck thickness is 2 1/2" if using the three-hole escutcheon or 3" for single-hole installations.

What size aerator wrench do I need for this faucet?
Some debris in our water lines and no one in town seems to carry aerator wrenches for Delta faucets. Want some exact info before I order one online.
