Disappointing Purchase
Within two days of being installed by a licensed plumber who's done work for us for years, this faucet started leaking and not registering when the temperature increased. Ferguson store gave me a direct line to call Delta, whose CSR sent replacement parts out. Why do I have to pay to have a new faucet fixed? Beware--found many recent online reviews with same complaints. Something changed at Delta.

Not what we expected for the money
Ferguson told us to buy this faucet. Does not work well in that it switches off intermittently, no water flow when starting the faucet so we have to touch it. Too many issues since purchase less than 20 days back.

Nice Functional Faucet
Delivered quickly and exactly what we ordered. Installation was easy. It replaced a top of line solid brass & metal faucet and tho this Delta model is constructed with lighter materials, so far it’s working great. No complaints at all. The touch control takes a little getting use to but comes in handy for sure. Love the easy to clean design & fits all decor styles.

When faucet handle is in on position and I use the touch feature to turn it off it drips from the sprayer assembly. When handle is in off position it does not.

Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a leak from your Delta faucet. Leaking from the faucet in the touch off mode comes from debris inside the solenoid. You may flush the solenoid by following these next steps.
1. Turn the water supply by putting your handle in the manual off position.
2. Disconnect the sprayer hose by removing the blue retaining clip.
3. Place a bucket under the male adapter coming out from the solenoid.
4. Run water into the bucket for 2-3 minutes. Debris located inside the solenoid should be flushed out after completing these steps.

However, we do not have any recommended or required sinks bowl sizes, it would be customer/installer preference. Thank you for your question! The faucet body, spout, and handle are metallic. The pull-down wand is non-metallic. As a Diamond Seal Technology faucet, it will have PEX waterways and a ceramic cartridge.

Purchased the touch feature which I enjoy but have changed the six AA batteries 4x in one year. Thinking of purchasing the AC adapter but not if it means keeping up with the batteries every 3 mos. must I do this? If so can I just disable this feature?
Tanya, so, are you saying this faucet can only be operated in one mode at a time? Either touch or manual? And not both at the same time? Which means, if I'm in the middle of cooking and the battery dies, I need to stop everything and replace the battery, or worst yet, change the installation of the faucet?
Many faucets on the market offers the ability to run both modes at the same time. If you touch, it will come on at a preset temp. If you use the handle, it will also run at the setting of the handle bar.

how do i increase the flow rate ?

Unfortunately there is no way to increase the flow rate. If build-up over time is contributing to low flow we recommend soaking the wand in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water to break down any mineral buildup.

I have a 9913T-AR-DST and it has started leaking when it is off. I can stop the drips by turning the on-off handle to the off position, but when in the on position, it drips after being "touched" off.

Can you elaborate on how to "unscrew" the spray head from the hose? I want to clean the screen but can't unscrew the head from the hose. It looks like there is a little tab that may need to be depressed or lifted.

Parsippany NJ plumbing inspector said faucet should be pushed away from you for hot water and cold water should be pulled toward you for safety. The faucet blue/red markings are opposite - alternate handle available?.

Thank you for your question. The Delta 9113T-DST Faucet handle rotates out and away from the faucet body for on and cold water. Rotate the handle towards the user for hot water. This is when the handle is installed on the right side. The handle can be installed on the left of the faucet so that the handle turns back for hot water. However, the temperature indicator colors will be opposite.

The light indicator stays red when water is running and does not turn blue to indicate cold water. It does not flash just turns on Red. What is causing this and how do I fix it?

Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your Delta kitchen faucet. We recommend to reset the LED light wire and battery pack. To do this, disconnect the LED light wire from the solenoid. Disconnect the battery pack. Wait a full minute. While you are waiting a full minute, you can check batteries and see if they are in good condition, even try new batteries. Make sure they're all in the correct direction and tightly secured in the battery pack. After a full minute, reconnect the LED light wire into the solenoid and then reconnect the battery pack. Wait another full minute. After the full minute, you can then check your faucet and see if the blue light works better. If this does not fix the issue, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST. You may also email at customerservice@deltafaucet.com.

All of your photos show handle pull on the right. Can an Essa faucet be mounted with it on the left ?
