Broken faucet head
Faucet head would not reattached after cleaning basket. Small clear gasket was broken and fell off as I detached the faucet head while cleaning. Purchased February 2025. Cannot use as it will no longer attach tightly and leaks and will not attached as before. Have used electrical tape to get by but still leaks. Saw that the replacement head is over $80. I do not believe a new faucet head will correct issue as the clear broken gasket on the hose tip coupling that fits into the faucet head is broken. Very unhappy.

Faucet Head
On Auguste 13, 2026 removed the faucet head to clean the small basket inside the faucet head. The faucet was leaking (water leaked after touching unit to turn off) and was looking to see if basket clogged . When I removed the pull out head at the release tab, a clear fitting fell off and was obviously broken. When I tried reconnected the faucet head to the hose, it would no longer fit and caused water to come out above head. Used electrician tape to try and attached the hose the faucet head as a short term fix to use the faucet without leaking over sink. Cannot use the unit and do not know if purchasing a new $80 faucet head will fix it. Purchased it Feb 2025 from Ferguson.

Disappointing Purchase
Within two days of being installed by a licensed plumber who's done work for us for years, this faucet started leaking and not registering when the temperature increased. Ferguson store gave me a direct line to call Delta, whose CSR sent replacement parts out. Why do I have to pay to have a new faucet fixed? Beware--found many recent online reviews with same complaints. Something changed at Delta.

Not what we expected for the money
Ferguson told us to buy this faucet. Does not work well in that it switches off intermittently, no water flow when starting the faucet so we have to touch it. Too many issues since purchase less than 20 days back.

Nice Functional Faucet
Delivered quickly and exactly what we ordered. Installation was easy. It replaced a top of line solid brass & metal faucet and tho this Delta model is constructed with lighter materials, so far it’s working great. No complaints at all. The touch control takes a little getting use to but comes in handy for sure. Love the easy to clean design & fits all decor styles.

This upgrades your Delta Touch2O faucet by replacing the battery pack with consistent A/C power!

How do you know if the solenoid is bad?

I recommend the troubleshooting video here. The solenoid may need to be replaced if the faucet is sensing touch, but there is no water with the handle open. Or if the faucet is not sensing touch, I recommend touching the sense wire directly as shown in the video at 3 minutes.

My plumber installed my Delta Touch 2o last week. I love it! it's easy to operate, and the sprayer is a seamless operation. I do have a question. It makes an odd sound when i touch it to turn it off. It's like a switch turned off. is this normal?

The solenoid opens and closes when the touch is initiated, however, there may be some debris in the solenoid causing it to make a louder transition. I would also like to have you do a flush of the unit, flushing the touch faucet will fix multiple issues with leaking, flow, and debris. Please see the steps below.
I would like you to keep the handle in the center full-on position, then remove the wand. Hold the hose, so it does not fall back into the faucet, then point the hose into the sink. Next, I would like you to turn the faucet on by touch for 40 seconds. Then shut the faucet off by touch and back on for another 40 seconds.

Ever since I installed the faucet it drips when we turn it off using the touch feature which means we have to use the handle. We have reinstalled it and tried a bunch of things. Is there anything else I should try before returning it?

We apologize for the inconvenience with your Delta touch faucet and I am more than happy to assist you today.
The leak when off you are experiencing appears to be caused by debris within the solenoid assembly. We recommend doing a flush on your electronic components. Please follow the below steps to resolve your drip:
1. Put the handle in the off position.
2. Remove the blue clip that is attached to the top of solenoid assembly below the sink.
3. Pull the solenoid off of the faucet connection. Remove the debris screen in the top connection if able and clear any debris with tweezers or a q-tip.
4. Set a bucket under the pex supply line that is exposed.
5. Place the handle in the on position and allow it to run water for 2 full minutes. This will clear the supply line out of any debris.
6. Put the handle back into the off position.
7. Reconnect the solenoid to the faucet and clip it back into place.
8. Now remove the bottom clip from the solenoid where the hose connects and pull the hose off.
9. Turn the water back on for an additional 2 minutes to clear the solenoid assembly of any remaining debris.
10. Reconnect the hose and clip it into place again.
Once that is finished, turn the water on to the faucet and run it for 15 seconds.

How do you replace the bar spout assembly with magnet, part RP80521?? Unsure about retainer part RP60923. Does old spout assembly pull off and new assembly is pushed back down over retainer??

The RP80977 magnet replacement kit includes a tool for removing the existing magnet. There will be a small hole on the back of the spout with a part of the retainer popping out through it. While pushing this in you will at the same time pull the spout up and off.

Delta 9113T-AR-DST Faucet. Love it except, only provides 1 gpm, very irritating. Pressure verified at 42 to 62psi. Directly tested hot supply line at 3gpm. Can I get to the orifice (restriction) and remove/drill out the restriction!! Please help.

To get the optimal 1.8gpm flow rate you will need at least a constant PSI of 60. Unfortunately there is no flow restrictor than can be removed.

The ESSA® Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet MODEL#: 9113T-BL-DST wand assembly can be soaked in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water to clean. It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the fully open middle position, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out of the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and repeat with the second line.

If I mount it with the handle on the left side instead, will the LED indicator light then be on the back side, or does it rotate around so it would face forward?

The magnet that holds the wand in place has rusted and deteriorated to the point that the wand will no longer stay in place and just flops around. Can I buy a replacement magnet piece so the faucet head stays in place? It’s very frustrating!

Delta Beverage Faucets are for cold water installation only and ideal for any reverse osmosis (RO), under-the-counter water filtration systems, or chillers but cannot be used with Instant Hot tanks.

It is possible that flushing the ESSA® Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O® Technology MODEL#: 9113T-DST solenoid could resolve this issue. To flush the solenoid:
Keep the handle in the off position. Remove the clip that is attached to the braided hose on the bottom of the solenoid. After the hose is removed, place a bucket under the solenoid, and then open the handle. It's helpful to have someone control the handle while the other person is in the cabinet with the bucket.
We would also advise flushing the hot and cold lines.
1. Please be sure to turn the water supply off before beginning this process.
2. Move the handle to the full mixed position.
3. Disconnect the faucet supply line from the hot side.
4. Position a bucket with the supply line connection inside the bucket.
5. Turn on the supply stop on the connected supply line side slowly, directing the water from the disconnected side into the bucket.
6. Reconnect the supply line.
*Please use caution when flushing the hot water.*
You'll want to repeat steps 1-6 for the cold side. Once you've done the flushing, you can turn the water supply back on to the faucet.
